Redirectioneaza colete dupa bunul lor plac, dau email cu termene de ridicare si cand ajungi sa le ridici, anterior termenului limita comunicat chiar de ei, gasesti coletele facute retur fara nici o explicatie. Doamba de la receptie nu stie ce sa spuna ca nici dansa nu are explicatie. Agentul nu suna niciodata sa efectueze luvrarea, iar cand il suni tu nu raspunde iricat ai insista. Sibcer, nu cred ca exista firma de curierat mai proasta pe acest pamant.

O fi fondatorul acestei companii un mare comedian si nu am auzit noi de el? Ca pare o gluma foarte proasta compania asta.

Voi sunteti de la foarte slabi in jos. E incredibil cum un colet pe care scrie toate datele sa ajunga la alta persoana sub pretextul "le-am incurcat". De 2 saptamani coletul meu nu are niciun status dar in call center el este in diferite locuri. JALNICIIII. RECLAMATIE SCRIE PE VOI

Cea mai proastă firma de curierat din România este dpd. Am trimis la o persoana un obiect și nici măcar nu la sunat-o ca să ridice pachetul!

Comanda apare ca refuzata de destinatar, dar eu eram acasa. Nu poti sa contactezi nici curierul, nici pe nimeni din call center. O bataie de joc de firma!

Evitați DPD!
Am pierdut un colet important (AWB: 16380128952493) pentru că l-au ridicat cu zile bune înainte de termen. Programul de la punctul de ridicare 20221 nu se respectă, iar angajații recunosc că nu e prima oară când un colet se ridica inainte de termen. De evitat!

it's all crap, couriers don't deliver packages, they don't answer the phone and they immediately return the package to the sender.
I recommend you go to other courier companies

They are not fitted to be on carriers' market. No email reply, wrong telephone numbers, wrong ETA for delivery during night hours, chaos ... A different agent , different telephone number that DPD gave to me, called after 3 days, night-time, nobody on school to pick-up the package at that hour. Like crazy ...

I get a lot of packages from China, most of them are delivered by DPD, don't ask me why. Every time the courier comes to the door he has a strange attitude and always looks at me if I don't leave him tips. I can't leave them every time, I'd go bankrupt. So I started redirecting the packages to pick-up points. These points either don't work and the package returns to the warehouse or they are delivered with a long delay. The worst courier company.

I have a parcel that has been with DPD for over 7 days, and it still hasn't been delivered. The tracking status says it's “ready for delivery,” but nothing is happening.

I’ve contacted DPD multiple times via email, but I’ve received only one reply asking what was in the parcel. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating, and I have no idea when or if I’ll receive my package.

The parcel was supposed to be delivered to my home address, but instead, it's just sitting somewhere with no updates and no proper explanation. Very poor customer service — I expected better.

My package is stuck in the depot for 5 days.
The customer support barely answers the phone and it's completely useless. The conclusion is that it will come when it will come. They send a message it will be delivered yesterday, but still, it is not moving. Sadly, I paid for it and it was not cheap.

the worst courier company with ignorant and incompetent people! I had a package delivered to a DEFECTIVE locker which after 10 calls went to the warehouse, which after 10 calls was supposed to arrive at my home and which after 100 attempts to resolve the situation they said THAT THERE IS A LABEL PUT IN THE WRONG PLACE AND IT CANNOT BE DELIVERED BUT I CANNOT EVEN PICK IT UP! I WAS LEFT WITHOUT PRODUCTS AND WITHOUT MONEY! RATS

my package arrived at the DPD warehouse on June 25 and I received a message on July 1 that the package is arriving, but I don't think it will arrive today. so far it is 7 days late. It hasn't arrived yet

N-ar merita nici măcar o stea. Niște „curieri” de toată rușinea, cu atitudini de parcă lucrează în IT, nu în livrări. Iar acum, se pare că e la modă să-și aducă și copiii la job ,că doar așa e frumos, nu?
Merg să-i dau banii unuia, iar el, superior, zice: „Eee, da’ nu-s destui…” După ce îi numără de trei ori (că, vorba aia, matematică de bază e grea), revine: „A, da, aveți dreptate.” Mulțumesc pentru generozitate, domnule prevăzător.😂😂😂
Unii curieri, sincer, mai bine s-ar face șoferi de TIR — acolo măcar nu trebuie să interacționeze cu oamenii. Iar expresiile de pe fețele lor… nici n-aș vrea să jignesc animalele cu asemenea comparații.
În concluzie: nu recomand sub nicio formă această firmă. Și, sincer, nici nu mai vreau să aud de dpd vreodată.

Pe data de 20.06.2025 a fost expediat dintr-un depozit AliExpress din Polonia catre Bucuresti, Romania, pe adresa mea, un colet platit in avans, care trebuia sa ajunga maxim in 28.06. Am conversat cu cei de la AliExpress care mi-au spus ca coletul a stat 3 zile in Romania dupa care a fost expediat la Budapesta ( ???? ) unde a ajuns pe 27.06 si de unde a fost expediat catre Bucuresti in aceeasi zi la ora 15,30. Am sunat nervos la Call Center DPD unde o doamna care a raspuns intr-un tarziu, nu a fost in stare sa-mi spuna cind primesc coletul (azi este 30.06) dat fiind ca probabil va trebui sa mai fie trimis la New York, in Australia, in Africa sau mau stiu eu unde. Fratilor, invatati geografie. Bucuresti este in Romania.

Because let’s be real—if you already paid for your parcel, you’ve basically just gifted it to your local courier’s private collection. But hey, if it’s cash on delivery? Miraculously, they find your address and remember how doors work. Incredible.

I’d say there’s a 70% chance you’ll get your COD order, and about a 30% chance with prepaid—assuming your courier is feeling unusually ethical that day or maybe just isn’t in the mood to steal.

This isn’t just a one-off screw-up either—this is a refined art form of “mark as delivered” without even gracing the street with their presence. It’s performance theft at its finest.

Forget “Live, Love, Laugh” - DPD lives by “Lie, Steal, Laugh (on your dime)”.

Extremely unpleasant experience with the courier company @DPD Romania – failed delivery, false statuses and lack of institutional reaction.
The conclusion? A long string of errors, lack of transparency, lies in the application and indifference to the customer. @DPD Romania must answer for this mockery.
If you have also been through similar situations, make them public. It's time to demand minimum standards of respect in deliveries.
