I sent a package from Romania to the Netherlands with their international service and when it nearly arrived at the destination it was sent back for being damaged. Basically, the package travelled fine through many countries and warehouses and suddenly was damaged at the end... I was never called to let me know if I want it delivered as it was. And they also charged me for sending the package back. After contacting many times on phone and email, I finally received an answer 1 month later that the package was assembled incorrectly although it was fine, so no reimbursement.

Cea mai proastă experiență posibilă cu DPD!

Am făcut o comandă la Tefal pe data de 4 octombrie, care trebuia să fie livrată de DPD, iar astăzi, la final de octombrie, nu am primit coletul. Am sunat zilnic la call center — de fiecare dată mi s-a spus că „nu știu nimic despre colet” sau că „se verifică”.
Coletul era plătit în avans prin Smart Control, deci practic am rămas fără produs și fără bani.

Serviciul de relații cu clienții este inexistent, nimeni nu îți oferă o soluție concretă, doar promisiuni și tăcere.
Experiență de coșmar, nu recomand nimănui DPD. Lipsă totală de profesionalism și de respect față de clienți!

Worst experience ever. Sent an email that they will deliver on the 16th. On the 21st still nothing.

Cei mai răi posibili, de la call center până la curierul care a pus ca am refuzat coletul când nici măcar nu am fost contactată.

This company should not be allowed to operate as a delivery service.
After three weeks of fake delivery attempts to a so-called “PayPoint” that doesn’t even exist, my parcel was sent back to the sender, without a single real attempt to deliver it to my actual address.
Customer Service replied only once to my emails, with the same copy-paste line I was told on the phone: “It will be delivered tomorrow.” No investigation, no acknowledgment of the issue, no explanation.
They kept marking it as “returned to deposit” after failed delivery to the fictitious location, so I went there personally just to confirm. It turned out to be a small local bar / minimarket, and the owners said: “DPD keeps sending people here, but we’re not a pick-up point.”
To make it even more ridiculous, this supposed “PayPoint” is a 10-minute walk from my house. Why would any sane logistics system repeatedly fail to deliver to a fake locker right next to my home instead of just delivering to my door?
Now the parcel is somewhere in Arad (I live in Bucharest), Customer Support has stopped replying altogether, and I have no idea what’s supposed to happen next.
This is not just incompetence, it’s systemic dishonesty.
DPD Romania needs new management and urgent investigation from Consumer Protection.

Am asteptat timp de 30 de min pentru un apel ,dupa ce ne am spus problema, dansa o inchis apelul fara a ne lasa cu vreo modalitate de a rezolva problema pe are o aveam.

O mizerie de companie.

Astepti cate 30 minute minim sa iti raspunda cineva la telefon. Te anunta ca livreaza in data X dar de fapt se livreaza peste cateva zile. Evitati pe cat posibil gunoiul asta.

Nu este posibil ca eu să trimit colet din Belgia către România pe data de 1 octombrie, totul să meargă bine de aici din Belgia, iar în România, după data de 7, să nu se miște. Azi suntem în data de 14, adică îmi ține coletul degeaba în depozit. Nu am primit nicio explicație. Când sun la ei, am sunat de 3 ori, deși eu trimit câte 3-4 pachete pe an cu ei. Nu am depășit limita, ba din contră, nu am nimic ilegal în colet. Am fost nevoită să apelez la DPD Belgia să contacteze pe cei de aici. Wtf, în ce lume trăim? De ce doar românii noștri au comportamentul acesta? Când se răspunde la telefon, se răspunde în silă și uneori închide apelul fără a te prelua. Îți zic că s-a pierdut semnal, lol. Suni pe un nr. de fix... Hey boss, DPD manager etc., chiar nu verificați angajații? Nu vedeți recenziile? Acum am sunat la dpd Belgia sa imi zica ca daca nu sa miscata in 3 zile sa pierdut pachetul pe scurt sa pierdut un pachet de 20 de kg nu a fost 500 de grame 1 kg adica furt. De catre curierii 😤😡 nu trimiteti colete cu colete cu ei se fura coletele

Zero customer support, zero care , zero profesionalism. I dont understand how ANPC is still allowing this delivery business to exist. We should all join in a petition so that they are looked up and fined drastically for their policies. I had a multiple parcel delivery as a business client. 9 out of 10 parcels were deliverd. The 10th absolutely lost in the black hole of the Mogosoaia warehouse. It is unacceptable the fact that this business is allowed to function In Romania at the expense of the customers who are unprotected against this kind of practices.

If they would go bankrupt, would do everyone a favor! Zero customer service, 100% delay! My question is WHY are companies like Vida Xl, eMag, xxlLutz, still working with them WHY? DON'T you see they have hundreds of 1 ⭐ rantings?! It's disrespectful from those companies to use them . I wait and wait to receive a package, no info when it will actually be delivered, so I'm sure they'll say I was not answering... But they're not updating the delivery info, so who knows...

Pentru tracking no. 06215098620919 astept de o saptamana livrarea din depozitul Mogosoaia. Sunt niste piese pentru clienti si ei vor sa renunte la ele din cauza intarzierilor. Serviciul clienti este depasit, este degeaba, nu rezolva nimic chiar daca iti da impresia ca ar putea.
Nu recomand. Ar fi bine ca DPD sa dispara de pe piata sa nu mai incurce lumea. Sa lase locul celor care vor sa faca treaba.

Worst delivery service in Romania. After register a delivery with them and calling the call center support 5 times that week, no one came to pick up my package, saying that it was cancel, howeevr they never send me an email letting me know why it was cancel.
Even the courier from the company itself said they are stupid people(support) working there, therefore what can a regular person hope for... Faliment scrie pe ei.

Cea mai proasta alegere ! cea mai josnica firma de curierat. am trimis un pachet pe care am pus 30 de etichete pt toti chiorii de la dpd cu Fragil! dar se pare ca fiind numa angajati analfabeti , nu au stiu sa citeasca . am primit produsul catastrofa . busit si indoit . produs de 2000€ . nu mai zic ca nu am primit nici un semn de avertizare ca se va face livrarea si ca mi-au lasat pachetul in casa scarii ! firma de cacat !! nu recomand ! feriti-va cat puteti de Dpd

My experience with this company was absolutely terrible; my package was already out for delivery, but no one called me, and I received no information. The package was returned to the depot without anyone taking action, and my attempts to contact customer service were completely useless. No one answered, no one cared, there is simply no consideration for the customer. In my opinion, this company is completely unprofessional and totally unreliable.

You have to chase these guys daily in order for them to deliver your package, which you paid for (and also paid a delivery fee!!). One call center operator let me know it will be delivered the next day and it wasn't. No update or messages are sent to the customer waiting for their package. Do not recommend, these guys should not be allowed to deliver packages in Bucharest or other locations.

Am dat comanda sambata,aproape 2 saptamani. Mi s-a spus ca vine vineri pe 22.08, ce sa vezi? este luni si inca nu a venit. Am sunat la ei si mi au spus ca nici ei nu stiu de ce nu s-a pus in livrare comanda, cica ca e in depozit in mogosoaia, mogosoaia este foarte aproape de mine daca nu le era lene curierilor sa vina azi cum i-a venit pachetul mamei mele tot azi, venea si pachetul meu tot AZI. Multumesc dpd Romania !
