Scam casino operator - rejected redemptions, stole deposits
I run a large sweepstakes casino community, I shared this casino out to a group in our community for testing as we always do for new casino launches. Within days, we had a number of players report that their winning redemptions had been canceled, and returned to their balance with an additional 3x playthrough requirement. The sweepstakes casino industry is unregulated, and unfortunately an attractive space for scam operators like DoubleSpin. While their LLC is based in Delaware, the company actually operates out of Hong Kong, possesses no gaming licenses, and offers game providers who are restricted in the USA, to their American customers. Stay away!
Tl:dr - they aren’t going to pay you if you win, but will gladly accept your deposit.

Scam site, does not pay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
They will reject your redemption and ask for extra playthroughs in order to qualify, after which will just ignore your redemption request altogether. Mods on the discord server banned me after my polite and reasonable request for redemption status.

they keep denying redemptions after playing through my balance. will not tell me anything other than automated message on playthrough requirements not met. will be charging back all purchases. do not buy from here
I've played through my balance 3x and they still won't honor my redemption, so they're clearly lying below about not meeting redemption requirements.

Let me start with this. I like this site's model. I played my funds through. I went to redeem and they cancelled it and said I need to "play more". Ok. I am going for my second redeem after playing another $100 in slots. I am willing to give these guys a 5-star review if they approve my redeem. Their support on the app is abysmal. So. Doublespin, do the right thing here. UPDATE: I had a redeemable balance of roughly $240. They said I could not withdraw, so I played slots until I hit $133, and then they finally approved the redeem. i lost $38 due to DoubleSpin's soft rug pull. My rating stands. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS.

Really good experience so far! Cashed out on my first day and it was in my account within a few minutes. I was skeptical about trying the new game. I am a big fan of social casino games, but let me tell you, I won 1600 although i ran it down a little bit, i was still able to cash out something and it was instant. I was skeptial because it doesn't have the traditional providers, such as Playteck, Playson, 3 oak Gaming, Only Play, Gamex and Relx Gaming, which pay very well but i was pleasantly surprised!
