Je commande, paye puis après je me rends compte que je me suis trompée de référence.
J'envoie un mail où je peux car ce site est très complexe et aucune réponse.
3 jours après on me répond. Évidemment il est trop tard. On me dit de renvoyer la commande une fois reçue. SAUF s'il faut renvoyer en Pologne. Coût de l'envoi 34,90 euros pour un produit de 54 euros. Vraiment un service 0 pointé.

Sehr schnelle Zusendung, leider kann man nicht einen Monat pausieren und extrem hohe Versandkosten.

Kundenservice und Internetseite untragbar

I have been using doTERRA products since 2019. Amazing customer service no matter what situation I had over the years. If anything was damaged or lost they would replace it no questions asked or at least offer points if the product wasn’t available. Yes, you have to get used to the website and how the Rewards program works but they will NEVER process an order without you agreeing to it. I read some of the negative reviews on here and just surprised because I had totally opposite from bad experience with the company. So many FREEBIES as well and perks. Yes, it is a network marketing and the price may seem too high BUT there are regular retail companies overseas for example that charge even more for their oils. All comes down to quality control and other factors. This business model is very beneficial for all across the board because I don’t have to google how something works or what not, I get a personal wellness advocate and a community to support me. I love this kind of service and don’t mind paying a little extra for someone to make money as well and support their family. I’d rather pay them than a corp that will spend that money for marketing fees.

On a side note, I was able to heal multiple health concerns for me and my family with the help of the natural products. So grateful!

I’ve been using products for 9 years already. I do not require over the counter medicine as often as I used to before. I love how fast some oils are acting on me and my kids.
The website can give you hard time sometimes but the quality of the product and customer support make up for that.

Kompletne lekceważenie klienta. Zwróciłam produkt obiecali zwrot pieniędzy w ciągu 10 dni roboczych. Minęło 30 dni a dalej pieniędzy nie mam. Nie polecam tej firmy nikomu i żałuję że nawiązałam z nimi kontakt.

Die Produkte sind gut, der Kundendienst auch sehr gut.
Die Seite wird jedoch wie eine Sekte betrieben, Treuepunkte verfallen monatlich, Produkte übertrieben teuer damit im Pyramidensystem die oberen verdienen können und jedes Mal wenn man Treuepunkte einsetzen will muss man scheinbar einen Mindestbetrag trotzdem bestellen, sonst geht die Bestellung nie raus, man kann sie nicht abschicken, geht lieber in einen Biomarkt, die haben auch schadstofffreie Produkte und sind mindestens um ein Drittel günstiger. Den Account kann man übrigens nicht einfach so löschen, sondern man muss dafür per Mail anfragen

Très bons produits et service client arrangeant. Un peu cher malheureusement et même si je n’aime pas le marketing de réseau, je suis fidèle depuis plus de 5 ans.

Ich finde die Produkte überteuert, vor allem Diffuser usw. Bei Problemen landet man für Deutschland bei einem Kundenservice in Ungarn. Sprachprobleme, Überforderung usw. Das Schneeballsystem im Vertrieb finde ich grenzwertig.

Die besten ätherischen Essenzen,die es gibt.Ich arbeite schon sehr lange mit Ätherischen Ölen,und finde die Doterraöle sind qualitativ die besten Essenzen auf dem Markt.
Es macht grosse Freude alltäglich mit den Ölen zu arbeiten und viele positive Wirkungen zu beobachten.
Für Mensch und Tier eine tolle Bereicherung.Die Öle sind sehr ergiebig,was dann auch den Preis rechtfertigt.

I caught an email "doTERRA LRP Reminder" informing me that today was the last day to make any changes before a loyalty order would be processed tomorrow. The order total $306. I have ordered from doTERRA once in 2024 and haven't even been on their website since. I then searched my emails and saw a couple payment failures and that I was signed up for the rewards program. I used the chatbot to inform someone may have entered my account. This doesn't make sense since the order would've been sent to my house and not the "person" who could have hacked into my account. I also checked the card on file and there is no where to delete. Thankfully the orders have failed and I caught on but there was no apology or even concern that someone may have hacked in. They need to add a cancel payment method option. This is super sketch and makes me think based off others experiences that they signed me up for this program. That is just terrible for a company to do. I'll definitely never order from them again.

I made a mistake by giving doTERRA a second chance. However I totally wasted my time with an organisation that cannot fulfil a simple purchase order. I waited 7 days for an overdue delivery to the local Post Office, only to find that EVRI had sent the items back to the supplier warehouse. DoTERRA appointed EVRI to handle their deliveries and what a complete disaster they are!

online kann aus A nur bei DE shop eingekauft werden. als zahlungsmöglichkeit ausschließlich sofortabbuchung via klarna möglich. aber die zügigkeit beim abbuchen spiegelt sich leider nicht beim versand wider - nach 10 (!) wochen ohne lieferung, und zig unbeantworteten urgenzen, an den doterra kundenservice und an klarna, habe ich den dreistelligen betrag von klarna schlussendlich wieder zurückbekommen, und zwar auf kulanz - es war auch klarna als payment provider nicht möglich, mit dem anbieter kontakt aufzunehmen. saftladen. nie wieder.

Seit über einem Jahr nutze ich die Öle von dōTerra und möchte nicht wieder auf sie verzichten.
Ich habe schon sehr viele und immer positive Erfahrungen mit verschiedenen Ölen gemacht, was nicht zuletzt an meiner sehr guten und erfahrenen Beraterin liegt.

Li uso da oltre 4 anni e non c'è un protocollo che non mi abbia funzionato (stessa cosa a chiunque mi abbia chiesto di provarli).
Lavorando sulle energie ho avuto anche la possibilità di testarne la vibrazione energetica...Inutile dire che hanno la più alta riscontrata!
Costano forse più di altri, ma valgono anche tanto di più

Die Öle sind super und hier täglich im Einsatz. Was mich an dieser Firma stört, sind die selbsternannten Verkäufer:innen, mit ihren Versprechungen und nix dahinter. Da gibt man sich als Ernährungstherapeutik aus ohne irgendwelche offiziellen Abschlüsse und behandelt dann Menschen mit den Ölen und NEMs. Ebenso die Sprecher:Innen an den Doterra Events: Titel ohne Ende… Wenn man tiefer forscht-irgendwelche Alibi Abschlüsse.

Such a nightmare! I'm just a consumer. I never planned on selling their products or be a part of the company or anything like that.
I got a few oils for my kids with a free diffuser. I thought "oh, nice" and looked forward to it. The oils came without the diffuser. When I reached out to the customer service, they said I wasn't qualifying for one when I clearly remember it was there in the cart.
Anyway, I wanted to return the products since it was very misleading. Spent half a day shooting emails back and forth on how to do a return, and it was so complicated. And then in the end of the day they just sent me a simple link for the return. I don't understand why they didn't do it right from the beginning.
When I said I wanted to delete my account permanently and never do business with them again, they said I need to fill out a termination form. A termination of contract... What contract? I never signed any contracts, I just wanted to diffuse some oil in the bedroom. I can't believe there's no simple delete button.
The structure of the company is very complicated and difficult. I never ever want to deal with them again. Very, very disappointing!

Habe Öle und einen diffuser bestellt. Der diffuser ist für den Preis total minderwertig. Diesen habe ich zurückgeschickt. Nach langem warten habe ich dann 33 € zurücküberwiesen bekommen was sehr lächerlich dafür ist. Der diffuser wird für 170 € normal verkauft total überteuert Firma nicht zu empfehlen.So macht man keine Geschäfte und bindet man keine Kunden.

Ich arbeite seit über einem Jahr mit den Ölen und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. So einige Aussagen hier kann ich ganz ehrlich nicht nachvollziehen. Wenn ich eine Bestellung aufgebe habe ich die Ware binnen 4-5 Tagen maximal.wenn Probleme sind habe ich eine sehr kompetente Beraterin,sogar mehrere Berater und Austauschgruppen,wo man wirklich ganz tolle Tipps bekommt. Zum Kundenservice hatte ich auch schon Kontakt,ganz problemlos . Klar,kann man bei allem einmal Pech haben,aber wenn Doterra wirklich in einigen Bereichen nicht zufriedenstellend ist,dann müsste ich das doch zumindest schon einmal erlebt haben. Ich kann mich wirklich nur positiv über diese Firma äussern.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Ölen und schätze mich als glücklich diese für meine Gesundheit gefunden zu haben.

Ich habe aber auch schon gehört, daß es Fake Seiten Doterra im Internet geben soll.
Vielleicht sind Leute,die keine Ware oder Kontakt bekommen haben dort gelandet.
