Very polite, professional & efficient service provided by Nigel and his colleagues at Dorset & Wight.

Great service. Explained our options clearly for our wills and power of attorney. Patient and knowledgeable, felt very confident I was getting good advice.
Kept us informed as it progressed and responded to any queries quickly.
Already recommended them to 2 friends

Re p worth his weight in gold! Always on time, nothing fazed him, have clear and precise answers and explained fully. Gave dates when things should happen and sure enough it did. Thank you so much.

The whole company is set up to be as user friendly as possible and any queries are answered straight away over the telephone by knowledgeable and caring staff. Lee explained the procedures regarding the application for Power of Attorney in a simple, straight forward way and we welcomed his friendly, informal visits which totally put our minds at ease. So a big thank you to Lee and all the staff from us.

All appointments were punctually kept and any queries were efficiently answered.
Lee was a pleasant chap to meet and offers a great service at reasonable cost

Professional, friendly efficient service. Nigel was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything and checked my understanding.

Our wills were completely revised to our benefit. Lee was extremely clear explaining the various powers of attorney and the implications which was extremely helpful. Something one cannot get from online.

The whole process was very professional especially as it was done at home. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

This is a subject about which I know nothing and one that evokes negative emotions within me. Our advisor, Lee, knew the subject inside out and backwards. He was professional and dealt with it sensitively so that I was able to deal with it and take part in the thinking. The process itself was fully dealt with for my wife and myself. It was lengthy but we had been warned about this so we weren't too concerned. Now glad that it is all over!

Professional and efficient service. Queries responded to by return. Thoroughly recommend Dorset & Wight for
writing wills and lasting powers of attorney

Nigel was excellent at guiding us and our family through the business of will-making and power of attorney forms. He is extremely well-informed and made the whole thing easy to understand. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Very efficient and accommodating.
Professional service and also helpful.
Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Professional. Listened.
Would highly recommend this Company.
Lee was patient and read all the forms, especially as this is all new to us.

When my husband was diagnosed with dementia I needed help and advise with regards to our wills and EPA. My husband’s couldn’t be changed, however mine could. I feel the advise given took into account my present circumstances with regard to my future. My questions, when I didn’t understand something, were answered in a way to help me in making my decisions. I was very happy in my choice of solicitor.

Veteren to Veteren speak makes life easier. Well recommended.

We were recommended to Dorset & Wight by a friend and this recommendation didn't disappoint. The service that Nigel and his son offer makes this entire process so straightforward when you struggle with modern day legal terminology and mobility issues as they automatically provide any consultation within the comfort of your own home. Nigel took on the task of re-evaluating our wills, bringing these up to date and creating LPA's for myself and my wife. Nigel patiently and effectively navigated and fully explained the end to end process, adapting his approach as needed, to ensure that we understood. He was keen to include members of our family during all stages of the discussions and transparently answered on the spot questions. This approach continued throughout the end to end process. Nigel made himself readily available throughout to answer additional questions or simply to provide a current update. A clear timeline was provided together with a confirmed pricing structure.
All aspects were delivered within the time frame. Overall a difficult process made easier due to the transparency and efficiency provided by Nigel. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service(s).

Everything was explained in simple terms which was much appreciated. A job that was constantly being put off made easy.

My aim was to set up my end of life wishes concerning a Property Trust, Lasting Power of Attorney and Executers etc for my Will.
Not knowing where to start with all this I spotted a full page advert for Dorset & Wight in the local press and got in touch with them.
The advert supplied a lot of relevant facts and features all clearly laid out and very readable. It was so refreshing to have actual telephone numbers to use and real helpful people to speak to.
Everything I needed to know and answers to my questions were readily available and I soon felt I was in very capable hands.
Lee came to my home and explained the whole process and it all got underway immediately. I found Lee very easy to talk to and very quickly felt I had come to the sort of help I had hoped for.
This 'end of life' stuff is something we all hate tackling but I found Lee and his staff took most of the sting out of it and I couldnt be more thankfull for that.
Thank you Lee and thank you Jemma.
Kind regards
Brian Mitchinson
