Nice staff & explanation

I had a very positive experience with Aptus Legal and Ample Mortgages throughout my mortgage application process. The entire team was incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive. They took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how small, and ensured I fully understood each step of the process without ever making me feel rushed.
A special thank you to Afrina, who handled most of my application. She was outstanding—professional, patient, and always willing to listen to my needs and concerns. Her clear communication, attention to detail, and reassuring approach made what could have been a stressful process much easier.

We recently completed the purchase of our new home, and we are extremely grateful for the outstanding service provided by the team. The entire process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.

A special thank you to Nanda and Merin, who were incredibly helpful throughout the purchase process. They were always responsive, kept us informed at every stage, and patiently answered all our questions. Their dedication, clear communication, and support made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother and more manageable.

We truly appreciate their hard work and commitment in helping us successfully purchase our home. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a reliable and professional solicitor for property transactions.

I would like to highly recommend Aptus legal for their professional work ethic , their mind blowing efficient team specially Aasha Yadav and Varsha patil who dealt with our two properties transactions .
Our first association started as we were buying a property and our solicitor dealing with the whole thing bailed and left us high and dry . We got their recommendation from a friend and they just jumped in and with aasha at the rein the things were swiftly brought in control .
What really impressed me is their smart and thorough handling of the whole case . It was attitude of Aasha who at no point seemed overwhelmed or loosing the grip even when the situation did become challenging . I think in service industry it’s the relationship you create with your client that speaks volume and I think we developed a brilliant relationship and I really thank her for all the personal interest .
Our second transaction was sale of our property and we had Varsha patil who handled it for us . Varsha was also very thorough and most importantly was hands on with swift communication . She really left no stone unturned to get the transaction completed though there were many complications and things were not straight forward . I think the key to such transaction is person foreseeing an issue and being ready with solutions , able to communicate to both the parties with clear and effective comm and also ensure the professionalism is maintained through out - Aasha and Varsha were all this and more , they were the representatives of Aptus legal and we can’t recommend them enough .

Excellent service throughout the property sale process — professional, efficient, and highly responsive.

Varsha from Aptus Legal handled the case smoothly and ensured everything was completed on time, including before completion day.
