I have ordered from Dora Larsen a few times and love the wide range of colours and styles from clean tulle to organic cotton! Fit is great, colours are fun, and there is something about a matching set that really boosts your confidence and makes you feel beautiful. Quality is great and the product feels luxury with the little details in the delivery packaging but also the pieces themselves. Very happy and will buy more in the future.

Ordered multiple times and have always had prompt delivery and fantastic quality of lingerie! I cannot fault the style, feel and fit of these matching sets and even when I have ordered multiple sizes, returns and customer service have been so understanding and quick to help. 100% would recommend!

I have not really strayed from the standard High Street for my underwear but having seen the Dora collections I had to try. The styles and colours were so beautiful and unique I fell in love.
So glad I did - was a little unsure on fit but actually my usual size was perfect and I found that compared to other non padded bras I’ve tried in the past, these had so much better support.
Will be buying again x

Dora Larsen are the only bras i’ll wear! I have a small bust and these bras give me such a lovely lift and shape, especially the plunge style. I find the sizing to be super accurate and the fit is a dream.
I’ve emailed their customer service team a few times regarding returns and questions on fit and they have always been very helpful and quick to respond.

I have truly found my lingerie drawer staples with Dora Larsen - the organic cotton lingerie set are my go to every day pants. They are so comfortable and I love all the colours. The high waist knickers are my favourite and I love the non wired bras as you can wear them all day. I can't wait for the new colours to come out!

Horrible Company, wished I would have see this before I ordered. Do not order from them. Stay away. I ordered a couple bras that just did not work so I returned them. Unfortunately instead of to my credit card I marked off gift card without thinking about it as I have a sick husband at home. I am fighting to get my money back as they have the goods returned. This is disgusting the gift card isn’t even the correct amount. I will keep fighting and I have already contacted my credit card company. This is a dishonest company. You can not even call them.

I’ve had such a disappointing experience with this company. I really like the lingerie but find the sizing comes up off, often small compared to typical uk brands. I’ve therefore tried to make several returns with this company over the years. The returns portal is very glitchy and often refuses to produce a returns label, so I’ve been left with multiple items that couldn’t be returned. When I have been lucky enough to get the returns portal to work, it incentivises accepting gift credit. Which either doesn’t arrive in time to order another size before it sells out, goes to junk mail, or doesn’t work anyway. I’ve calculated that I’ve lost £376 to this company. Partly that’s my fault for carrying on ordering when I should have known better, and I didn’t always follow up when systems didn’t work as it was such a chore and frustration. I had assumed this was a reputable company and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But sadly they don’t appear to care about customer experience.

They literally make the prettiest, comfiest underwear and then completely ruin it with their labels. The labels are huge and thick and even if you cut them down to the stitching they're still incredibly noticeable from the outside as it leaves a big stump, especially on the mesh underwear. The only way to get rid of the labels completely is to basically ruin the stitching, which forms a small hole and after a couple of washes the whole thing is ruined. Considering the price you would think they would add more thought into the process, especially as other brands (cheaper ones) will add extra stitching to make it easy to remove the label, whereas this is so sewn into the seam it's impossible to get rid of. Not to mention if you leave the labels on not only does it look ugly, it also digs in and is uncomfortable. I'm so disappointed, such pretty lingerie and all ruined with labels.

It’s taken two months for me to find out that an item I’d ordered as an exchange (as part of a matching set) has gone out of stock. A month ago I was told my exchange was being processed, but that there had been a delay because of Christmas. This week - with me chasing for an update, again - I’ve been told the bra is out of stock. I’ve been out of pocket for months now and need to return the matching briefs. Throughout this whole period I’ve had no updates from Dora Larsen, I’ve had to email Harriet to understand what’s going on. Previously loved DL lingerie, but I won’t be buying it again.

This is the most disappointing customer service that I have experienced in quite sometime.
I tried on the item, fitted perfectly but the bottom clip would not attach. On examination it wouldn’t align. When I informed the company of the fault they suggested I must have bent the clip.I should just push it back into place.
Ignoring the fact that I had tried the item on for the first time and that the clip should have aligned with the hook. As opposed to have ‘been bent’.

Is this review about quality of item or customer service? Both….

Exceptional customer service. I'm a returning customer, and I really enjoy their products for their high quality and comfort.

This time around, I had an issue with a return, but their customer service agent Sophie, has been on it immediately and managed to sort out the problem within 24 hours. I will be returning again and will definitely recommend to my friends.

Great products and lovely customer service - mail lost a parcel and Sophie at Dora Larsen made the process of getting a replacement so easy and straightforward, she was very responsive, kind and helpful.

Had an issue with delivery and it was sorted quickly and efficiently by Sophie :) Had the order replaced within a week and the items are great quality!

I discovered DL last year and am already obsessed!! The designs are gorgeous - the colours are so pretty and the fabric is soft, all the styles I've tried have been so comfortable to wear... I've been recommending the brand to everyone.
I've placed multiple orders now and the delivery is so quick - it's either sent same day or first thing the next morning! Also Sophie in Customer Service is fab, whenever I've had questions about the fit or size, she responds quickly and has always been super helpful!

I have ordered few lingerie sets from them, however the last one didn't fit and I wanted a monetary refund. It took more than a week to receive £25 out of £115 that I paid and it is super confusing. No way to call them either. I am afraid that I will have to spend next couple of weeks arguing to get my money back. Bad service.

I've recently invested in some new knickers from Dora Larsen and I'm really happy with the fit - I ordered the lace high waist knicker and the organic cotton knicker in a size 18 and they are so so comfortable!! Parcel arrived really quick as well. Definitely want to get the matching bras now!

I've purchased several different lingerie sets from Dora Larsen and they always deliver to a high standard. Incredibly comfortable, made with high quality materials that last and a great fit! The fact that they're hot on sustainability is a bonus! I'm don't typically shop underwires but I was converted by the quick and speciality service I received from Sophie in Customer Services.
