One can only review service as you have found it.
Had some replacement glass units fitted in our conservatory roof by Doortech early 2021. One of the units failed in Feb 2022.
Contacted Tony who said they were under guarantee and he would replace the failed unit. I chased dozens of times for a date for installation. Eventually in November 2022 I had a message from Tony saying Gee his assistant would come and all he did was measure it. After this I chased again for months and then a second unit failed in Feb 2023. Gee turned up unexpectedly and measured that one and said he had no idea if other unit was available for fitting. Since then I must have sent 100s of messages and phoned dozens of times. All of which have been ignored.
It's now Sept 2023 and this has been going on over 18 months. Should I give in???

Tony broke the glass within our window after he misjudged the weight but removed it anyway. He then left us with a broken window, after taking our money, and failed to return to replace the glass when he said he would. would not respond to messages or calls. Do not use!!!!

We asked Tony to come and remove a large window to facilitate the delivery of a new sofa at the beginning of September. When putting the window back in place Tony cracked it from top to bottom.
After a bit of toing and froing Tony agreed that he would replace the broken glass and we set a date of 21st October.
When I rang Tony to arrange what time he would be coming to complete the job he told me that he would need to check with his glass supplier and would get back to me, he never returned my call.
Since then he has been uncontactable, he has ignored my phonecalls, texts and voicemails.
I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the service we received and would encourage anyone to avoid using Door-Tech Services.

I would highly recommend Tony from Doortech for any work relating to windows and doors. He recently replaced several panes of glass throughout our home that had become misted and also carried out some repairs to windows rather than replacing the entire unit. Honest and reliable and very competitively priced!

My front door lock mechanism broke on New Year's Day so called Door Tech Services. Tony arrived in under 30 mins and secured the door explaining a new mechanism would be needed. The next morning he returned and fitted the new part and even adjusted the door so it closed better. Outstanding customer service at a fantastic price. Would highly recommend Door Tech Services.

Tony is great to work with and has gone above and beyond to help me with my rental property. I first hired him as a locksmith to install new locks and now I've hired him to fit new windows. He managed to fit me in at short notice. He got the measurements to the window manufacturer over the weekend for me and is now set to fit them this weekend. He's trustworthy and helpful. I feel lucky to have met him. He even referred a cleaner to me :-) Good teamwork!
