Missing screws despite order!

You sent me some nice doors (3 pairs, full room height), just as I ordered, plus 18 hinges to hang them but you did not provide the 36 special screws to fix the hinges to the doors, nor were the doors appropriately pre-drilled. This is extremely disappointing after all the preparation that had been made.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re disappointed to hear about your experience, especially after you mentioned being pleased with the doors. Regarding the hinge hole drilling, we followed the specifications provided. As for the screws to attach the hinge to the door, these are not included, which is standard practice for similar products from national retailers as well. We strive to provide quality service, and we appreciate your understanding. Should you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly.

The unit was exactly what I was looking…

The unit was exactly what I was looking for and fit into my unit exactly. The only issue was the cost which was very high versus an equivalent unit supplied from Italy

Happy returning customer.

I’ve been ordering kitchen/wardrobe replacements from this company for a few years now for my home and my rented properties. Not one complain or problem. All door replacement I ordered has been made to measure and fitted perfectly everytime. No problem giving them a 5-star.

They were the cheapest quote

They were the cheapest quote from a number of suppliers, but they do not manufacture the doors themselves, the doors we ordered were manufactured by BA retail in Sheffield, and Door Finder acted as an intermediary, probably because BA retail only supply to the trade. Having said that, they were spot on for measurements, thank you Door Finder and BA Retail!

I sincerely apologise that you felt the need to leave a negative review. We understand that there was an error in our warehouse during the picking process, and once notified, we took immediate action to send out replacements at the earliest possible opportunity.

We received your email today, February 4th, 2025, stating that you have yet to receive the replacements. We have provided you with the tracking history, which indicates that Parcelforce attempted delivery twice, but was unsuccessful on both occasions. We have since rearranged the delivery for the next working day, February 5th, 2025.

We hope there will be no further issues with the delivery, and that you will be able to complete your project. We trust that you will be satisfied with the quality of the doors supplied and look back on the experience with a positive view.

Thank you for your understanding.

Good easy use web site.

Good easy use web site.
Super quality doors and the dimensions were exact.
Courier clearly tried their hardest to ruin the day but quality packaging ensured doors were still good once unpackaged.
The jobs not completed until the customer receives their purchase in one piece so well done.
