Brilliant service very easy and delighted with the offer made

Very poor offer made so asked items to be sent back,1 item damaged beyond repair and 38 items missing! Have emailed and tried to contact but no reply whatsoever so have literally lost most our items

Sending my parcel was easy, I had a response within 3 days, my money was in my account as soon as I accepted the offer

It was really easy. It took me a few weeks from receiving the postal pack until I was ready to send it, and that was okay. There's no rush and everything is explained really well. I sent off my package and it was only a few days before I was contacted with a decent price. I'm really happy with the service and will recommend 'don't sit on it' to my family and friends.

Excellent service - parcel posted one day and next day offer received. Replied following morning and money in my account within 15 minutes. I would recommend this company and will use again.

Communication and customer service os very good but don't expect any money. I sent a box of items over 50 and they offered me £19.89, 40p per item. I'd rather donate the items to charity. If you just want rid of your stuff, fine but a little bit of effort via Ebay or even a car boot sale will yield much higher returns. I didnt expect a lot but frankly the offer was disgraceful. If you have gold and silver( I did not use don't sit on it for my jewellery? use gold traders- excellent

I requested an envelope as had a few bits around the home that I wanted to sell or charity.I found more bits in loft when I was sorting it out so thought why not give them a try.I sent it off as requested but it was late on a Friday. Mondaymorning they texted with an offer and I accepted and the money was in my account within half an hour. They send a really detailed list of what they accept and ask you to ring with any questions. Really helpful and prompt response. Most definitely be using again.

It was so easy to find a few items, bag them up and send off. I honestly couldn't believe the value I few bits of jewellery and devices had, I also feel better not adding to landfill and helping the environment a little.

Whilst the valuation was very good the after sales customer service was poor. Spoke to Hannah over a week ago and still waiting for a reply.

I wasn't expecting to be made rich by this by any stretch of the imagination, but what I sent was a silver plate coffee set with tray, pot and bowls and an additional silver plate tray and pot. They were my grandparents silver wedding gifts, so they'd had them since 1970s and needed a bit of a clean. I'd seen part of the set for sale elsewhere for £150. I'm no valuer, but it puts a figure in your head.

There were 6 items in my package. I was offered 85p per item. £5.10 all in all. I actually checked again later in the day to see if I'd misread. I have requested my items back, but having read some of the reviews it looks like I might be in for a battle. It'll cost them more to send it back.

Complete charlatans. Only offered me a fraction of what my goods were worth. Don’t use.
