I heard the ad on local radio so thought it must be ok, I sent a package containing 16 watches , all decent makes and working, some just needed a battery, amongst these were 2 Michel Herbelin, only needed batteries, I sent a few other items of jewellery as well, indeed it was a quick service as next day they offered me £32! What an insult, I am going to report them for false advertising , I took a photo of the items before I sent them and when I asked for them to return I sent the photo so they knew I wasn’t being messed about with and losing anything especially the 2 michel herbelin which I have since sold for a very good amount to a jewellery shop, so be aware of these adverts on radio, the radio don’t care as it’s all money to them, I have done radio advertising and it’s expensive and they are not bothered what they are advertising as long as they get their money.

Very straightforward and easy service - they send you a large free post bag and you fill it up with your old bits of jewellery, gold, silver or costume, old watches and designer sunglasses etc. As soon as they receive it they text you with a quote and if you want to accept you send your bank details if not they return it. It was all bits I no longer wore so it’s chance to have a clear out and make some extra cash. They stayed in touch by text so you know what is happening.

Disgusting service. Threw my £2000 worth of items back in the box with no wrapping. Waste of time.

DO NOT SEND ANYTHING! Your items are NOT insured if you do not have receipt for items! How can a person be expected to have receipts for heirlooms? I have lost everything I held close and it was a big decision to let go however I felt protected that I could have items returned and that it was a safe process to protect myself and my belongings. Customer service have been atrocious and have absolutely no empathy for victims. Please think very carefully if you send anything to these unscrupulous people . I have also reported to the radio station regarding false advertising

Sent my parcel off around 3 on Tuesday, got an offer Thursday morning, money was in my account less than 10 minutes later, will definitely be using again 😊

1st class, no hassle at all, all done with in an hour money was in my account. Will use again

I requested the envelope which arrived within a day. All that was needed was to place the items in the bubble wrap pocket proved and then into the prepaid bag and to take the package to the post office. I received the offer within 24 hrs. I sent a text to say the offer was acceptable and received a reply before the end of the day so say that the money was in my account

An absolute perfect company they are truthworthy and I have had no trouble at all eith them. They send you and invaluation and if you agree the money is in bank within a couple hours

I recently sent an old camera to them. Well, they offered me £5.10 for it 😂. It was a Nikon and worth at least £75. They got upset when I asked for it to be returned. I'll donate it to my local college instead.

I sent my items on the 17th of February it was tracked to.be delivered on the 19th.
I have rang twice and emailed three times.
I am yet to receive an offer.

Needed to get rid of some family trinkets found don’t sit on it easy to use free postage. So no need to worry about weight fair price same day payout used twice now.
