From start to finish, Domvs looked after us all the way through. When our onward purchase fell through they helped us find the house of our dreams. Nicky went above and beyond and we cannot thank her enough. She is amazing.

Excellent service, very professional, managed to get many viewings with good feedback and a quick sale, also good communication throughout the whole process, would highly recommend if you’re considering selling a property.

It was such a refreshing change to deal with an estate agency that has such a great team to deal with! The individual team members I came into contact with were all very friendly and professional, and I could tell that everyone had an excellent level of knowledge and experience within their own area of expertise. However , with the limited contact I had with Domvs such as with their professionalism in organising and attending of the viewing and phone contact with them subsequently , I found them faultless in their helpfulness and friendliness . It was and still is our view that given the huge sums of money involved in buying and selling a house that estate agents should do everything in their power - and more! - to make that happen. Our experience of agents in different parts of the UK has been quite the contrary. Once they have hooked you with inflated valuations, they fail to deliver the promised flow of potential buyers. In complete contrast to this rather dismal view of some agents in the industry is Domvs whose work ethic exceeded our expectations. Their valuation was realistic - a rare phenomenon it would appear, judging by the number of price reductions. And because their valuation was realistic, we got a steady flow of viewings, most of whom were extremely positive about the property. A number of different Domvs staff, all of whom had done their homework on a large and complex house/annex/garden, guided potential buyers around the property. Polly Greenway, Director at Domvs, chased and chased, all the while communicating regularly with us, keeping us right up to date with developments until she succeeded in getting an asking price offer. Her tireless efforts in guiding both us and our buyers through the maze of inevitable legal obstacles was something to behold! Polly's years of experience were more than worth the fee to finally close the deal. I would strongly recommend Domvs therefore given our overwhelmingly positive experience with them. They are an extremely professional outfit who will sell any house at a realistic price.

We found our custom build plot via Domvs and received great service from Shireen during the viewings and Marcus post offer. Sadly after a significant period of technical and financial issues we had to withdraw from the sale but the regular conversations with Marcus - over many months - were helpful and supportive. I would definitely recommend them

Marcus and Nicky got the raw end of the stick, there were bumps and hurdles along the way, but they stuck with us all the way to the end of our journey, they kept us and the seller updated throughout.

Really pleased with the Domvs Blandford team and all their hard work selling our house. We actually used Stuart once before back in 2006 on another unique property and couldn’t fault him then either – so when we needed an agent this time, we knew who to turn to. Both times he’s been excellent, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future or recommend him to others.

This sale was particularly challenging – a new-build barn conversion in a very tough, slow market. I have had an amazing service from these estate agents as the market was fluctuating up and down regularly Domvs never gave up and continued to market my property when I finally got a buyer. Nicky was so good ringing my buyers solicitors and my purchase solicitors and I firmly believe if she had not been so adamant to get the sale through on my behalf I feel we would probably still waiting to exchange so I would especially like to say a thank you to Nicky for her continued efforts. John sold a property I had marketed with other agents across a period of 2 years. He introduces it discreetly at the end of January and I had 10 viewings and received 4 offers in under 5 months…all from introductions by John and not from Rightmove. While the property market is so slow maybe John’s approach is the better way to sell property now.
