Delivered to Wrong Address
My package was delivered three houses down from my actual address. Instead of acknowledging this as a courier error, Domrebel relied entirely on UPS’s initial “confirmed delivery” status and treated the matter as closed.
I was required to file claims, provide ID, and even submit police documentation based on incorrect delivery information. Only after I personally located the parcel myself did the situation change — and even then, they maintained there was “no courier or merchant error.”
Throughout the process, responses became repetitive and template-based, and the ticket was ultimately closed without any acknowledgment of the misdelivery.
Clearly a scam.
