Dominos Pizza Omdömen 

I trusted Dominos Edenbridge branch with my daughter’s birthday for food.
Ordered before 9 am and set the delivery to 12.15-12.30
2 mega party deals + an extra large pizza, £120
The pizzas were marked as delivered at 12.30 and arrived 12:50; I called twice to enquiry about the status of the delivery and asking why it was marked as delivered if nothing was delivered yet, I waa dismissed both times with :”your order is on your way”
The pizza arrived when the party was almost over… cold, dry and hard as a cardboard.
Horrible service and quality. I do not recommend it

i ordered a meal for my son well he ordered it i phoned the shop with the order number and paid but the driver wouldn't walk up 1 flight stairs to my son and took the order back to the store and my son never got his food i rang and the person told me to sod off and hung up

Delivered to the wrong address and practically accused me of being dishonest when I called to ask where my food was. I was Told by a member of staff that a new order was being sent out, I called after 50 minutes to find out they hadn't sent anything. I'm now in the process of waiting for a genuine replacement - it'll be over three hours waiting when my order arrives. Was given a call by someone in Lucan and was given credit for two thirds of the price of the order - which still isn't enough on reflection.

Worst service I've ever had from a pizza delivery company.

2 Stars for very rarely getting it right. Your Amersham branch is shocking for an affluent area in Buckinghamshire. Often under cooked and where is the quality control? that is a bare faced lie. Once received a pizza with one topping missing but the best was a couple of weeks ago not one hair in the pizza, a clump! send over food hygiene to this branch sooner rather than later

In June 2022 we visited Rugby retail park Dominos on our way back home to Derbyshire. When we got home and opened the boxes we were very disappointed with the contents. We ordered one vegi supreme but were given a vegi volcano with a thin & crispy base - completely incorrect. My partner was unable to eat as she has had a adverse reaction to jalapeno .
I ordered a pepperoni passion which was nothing like the advertised standard - it had limited pepperoni and 'no passion' . We complained firstly to customer services and the CEO but still no response. Dominos seem happy to take our money but are unable to accept responsibility when things go wrong. Poor service - cannot get our order right and very very poor excuse for a pizza meal.

The food was very dissapointing to be honest i would never order from dominos portlaoise again the portions are very bad there is only a few wedges. The driver was a lovely person. She was very energetic and polite. I tipped her. The pizza was very greasy. Would not recomend.

Terrible service and not capable of getting orders correct in their portlaoise shop.
They also need to tell their delivery drivers that they must park in designated parking spots.
They just park where they like and block off different exits in the town.
One driver constantly has 3 others in the car with him while delivering and just plonks the car in the middle of the road while he goes in to collect his deliverys.
Overall,staff pure rubbish and total lack of respect for a local town

Ordered €30 worth of food and it was not hot in the slightest called up and was told in a nice way that I was a lier the manager a lady had no interest in dealing with the complaint told me to complain elsewhere (her words) then got a college to call me and tell me I wasn’t getting a refund or compensated for my bad experience with them all I wanted was my money back and I will never deal with this store again..! Horrible customer service!!

I placed an order for collection with the Carlow branceh of Dominoes which I had done many times before.

I drove 12KM to collect the pizza and when I got home I found they had given me the wrong pizza and it had Mushroom which both myself and my daughter are allergic to.

I called them on the phone and they apologised and asked me to come back in and they would have the correct pizza ready for me.

When I arrived the staff member was apologetic and went to get the correct pizza.

Then the manager came and out started accusing me of ordering the wrong pizza and he then started to abuse his own staff member in front of me.

I placed the order online using their app and I explained this to the manager however he then started to abuse me so I walked away and ordered from Apache in Carlow.

I then made a complaint on the Dominoes.ie website and I also called the store and left a complaint for the franchise owner. A month later I have not been contacted by Dominoes regards my complaint nor did the owner of the Carlow Dominoes Franchise take the time to contact me.

The staff in Dominoes are good at their jobs however the manager in this branch has no respect for customers or his own staff.

I was not looking for a refund and I merely wanted what I ordered however the manager refused to replace the pizza even though he was told we were allergic to Mushroom and would never have ordered a pizza with Mushroom. He stated it was not his problem and refused to provide what we had ordered.

I assumed this was a person having a bad day however my complaint was then ignored and I waited 30 days before placing this review.

Worst delivery ever, to say it was bad is been too nice. Obnoxious and insulting how this delivery person can be customer facing and representing Dominos is beyond me. If disabled avoid at all cost better to starve, once his stupidity clicked in when it was too late then he asked are you okay and can I manage what a joke after previously been obnoxiously rude and so pleased with himself to deliver no help at all. Well too little too late, I’m now beyond okay as you will never get my money again in this lifetime advise to all disabled people just avoid we have enough issues to deal with. The pizza was terrible tho, it's such a shocking excuse for a pizza, can't believe ye charge so much and deliver such a disgrace in a box. I spent nearly 70euro and what did I get, pizza that didn't have any toppings a few sweetcorn slapped on and no cheese, horrible. I always give them benefit of doubt bit no food is not worth it at all.

Domino's veggie pizzas are super tasty. Also cheese and barbeque chicken, Margherita is fantastic.

I grew up in Ann Arbor, the city next to Ypsilanti where Dominos began. I had always thought of Dominos as the best Pizza. Since moving to Chicago about 20 years ago, they've gone down hill. I tried to order the other day, after wasting 15 minutes placing the order, then another 5-7 being hung up on calling back and waiting to put it on a credit card they finally transferred me to the store. I have to start over with the store and then after giving my address he said I have to call another store it's out of their boundaries. I've now wasted 25 minutes with this nonsense...

Yo Dominos, why didn't the first person who took my address, my order and everything tell me that???? Outside of the Ann Arbor area you suck!!!

Came on time but nothing special. Think there could be more sauce and toppings, they were not very generous.

So I left one star review on 9 October for service, back then they told me I'll get refund up to 7 working days. Guess what, still didn't get it. Luckily paid using Paypal and getting my refund through Paypal NOT Domino's...

Horrific Service. Made an order and was marked delivered after an hour and a half despite never being delivered. Still hasn't been delivered almost 4 hours later and domino's will not answer any phone calls so I haven't even been able to make them aware of it. Can only assume they've done it purposely because they may be busy. But after spending 87 euro on pizza, better service is expected. Will be contacting for a refund and ordering from one of many other options in future.

- Update - 3 weeks later, still no refund. Manager didn't care, wouldn't even confirm the order amount so clearly didn't find the order and just wanted me off the phone. Have filed dispute with the bank.

Absolutely fantastic! Easy to order, fab value for money and arrived spot on time 😀😀 first time used and knocks spots of any other pizza delivery in Crewe. Will definitely be ordering again. THANKS FOR SUCH A LOVELY SUNDAY LUNCH 😻😻😻😻😻

Took three hours to receive my order. Not impressed!

Une honte ! Nous avons commandé 5 pizzas à faire livrer au bureau..: nous passons donc commande , on nous annonce aucun prix ! Le livreur arrive à l’heure prévue : et la 84€ pour 5 pizzas ! Soit 16.80 par pizza car dominos Prend 5€ de livraison par pizza ! C’est une aberration pour un tel groupe d’arnaquer ces clients de la sorte a l’heure où ubereat ou bien Deliveroo prennent 3-4€ pour une livraison globale ! Bref a fuir !

I've been ordering from Dominos for years but their prices have become ridiculous, the size of their large pizza has reduced (for more money) and the quality just isn't what it used to be.

Recently I waited almost an hour to receive a burned heap of mulch from their west Galway branch. I used their tracker to see when the pizza left the branch and could see the driver went all over Galway before delivering to me.

I rang Dominos to complain about how long it was taking (I live about a quarter of a mile from the branch) and the manager effectively called me a liar, saying the app was wrong and that the pizza was checked before it left the branch and it was fine. By way of compensation he offered me 50% off my next order - laughable. The one I got went in the bin (honestly, I could not eat it).

I contacted Dominos head office, sent photos of the heap of burned mulch and they just passed me to the local branch, back to the people who had basically called me a liar!

I'm only giving two stars because of my long history of getting better pizzas but their standards have definitely slipped over the past few years. No more orders from me!

@Dominos - I spent days trying to get a response from your 'customer service' team to my complaint. In the end, they just passed it to the Galway branch and look what happened! No need to contact me with fake customer care - you had your chance.
