SLOUGH, BATH ROAD BRANCH. DISGUSTING PEOPLE WHO BREAK HEALTH AND SAFETY LAWS AND IGNORE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT.
I ordered a pizza which was inedible when it arrived. Contacted the store who offered a voucher for half the price i paid. But when i tried to use the voucher a few days later they refused to honour it or refund my money. I have tried phoning them for weeks and got nowhere. I cant afford to waste £24 and Im entitled to a refund. So have reported them to trading standards. Will probably have to go via small claims court to get any money back from these thieves. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET FOOD POISONING AND LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF.

The damage the Citywest branch is doing to the brand is amazing.. hat's off!! Avoid ordering from these clowns, they are quick enough to take your money, yet avoid being accountable on any level for their mistakes.

My order took over 40mins to deliver after apparently being out for delivery we live 8mins from the shop the loaded chips were stone cold and rubbish anyway
After phoning the shop the person didn’t speak hardly any English the tracker wasn’t working again and to top it up the delivery driver didn’t speak a single word of English. Absolutely expensive and rubbish service

Cheap pizza, not much flavour, not very generous in the toppings, would not use this place again........frozen pizza wins out this time, sorry.

Je suis vraiment en colère contre Domino's Pizza noisy le grand. Ils m'ont blacklisté sans aucune raison valable, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. Pour couronner le tout, ils ont annulé ma commande sur Uber Eats, et je me suis retrouvé à payer des frais d'annulation ! C'est scandaleux de traiter les clients de cette manière. Je ne comprends pas comment une entreprise peut agir de façon aussi peu professionnelle. Je déconseille vivement ce restaurant à quiconque cherche un service client décent.

I have been ordering Dominos pizza on my phone, through the app for over 3 years....
Almost monthly for close to 2 years.
I always have the same problems when ordering....
1.takes an hour to order 1 pizza.
2.app doesn't recognize my password, doesn't apply my points,..
3.at the end of order,@ xheckout it's a higher price than quoted...
4.have to order about 3,4 times to get it right & be a decent price.
I'm a loyal customer, my app should work better by now.

I contacted dominos and asked for an explanation regarding the BOGOF “ offer”
One single large pizza is £12, when you use BOGOF its £24 for one pizza apparently, to date I've had no response, I won’t be buying pizza from dominos anymore, such a blatant scam

The food was cold and uncooked, pizza was not great, the chicken mix box was not cooked, raw and greasy. Very disappointing, avoid if you can.

I am quite disappointed with the way our pizzas were made tonight. We order from the same Domino's every time, usually the food is pretty good. This evening my family & I could not even eat it. It was that bad There was barely any cheese or pizza sauce on our pizzas. The pepperoni's tasted a bit funny, & our crust was way overcooked almost burnt. 🤮 We appreciate their hard work & understand mistakes happen, hopefully they will be able to fix these issues with there food preps & cooks The positive side to this bad experience with our food, is that I called the store manager, she was very nice, & listened to what I had to say, & she offered to replace the pizzas the next time we ordered from Domino's. I thought that was very kind & the least they could do. So my family & I will most definitely be ordering from this Domino's again & hopefully our next visit & food experience will be much much better.

I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza and I must say, it was an experience worth raving about. Not only did I indulge in the best pizza I've had in a long time, but the delivery service exceeded my expectations.

The pizza itself was a delight to the taste buds. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way I like it. The cheese was gooey and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and generous. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness, leaving me craving for more.

New store open in Denbigh so u expect it to not b perfect ... ordered two medium for pick up .. got home ... barely 10 inches ... called manager to say that I was wrong and then gave me a lecture .. won't b goin bk

The food here is horrible I ordered bbq wings I got uncooked hot wings the driver got the adress wrong so the pizza was cold save your money go somewhere else

About a month ago I walked in tried to order they refused the order said I had to order online I had no way to order I had no machine with me. Two weeks ago ordered X-Large with 2 toppings. Small pizza with wings was delivered. Store credit offered and attempted to use this week. They acted like I was telling a lie. Finally said they would send a X-Large two topping over for free. Delivered a two day old pizza I was afraid to eat it looked like it was sitting for days. This store is a serious problem I called their corporate offices and now the board of health will be hearing from me as well.

This is laughable, rung dominos pizza whitegate drive to place order for home delivery.
Placed the order £34. Gave card details, the card did not go through, tried again, same problem, the girl said, our card reader is not working, i asked if we could pay cash when our order was delivered, she said no we dont take cash.
I said ok i will come and pick it up, but if your card machine is not working how do i pay for it? She said well the chip and pin MIGHT work lolol.
Gave up and went to Papa Johns no problens at all.
Quite laughable!!

Sonnerie à 20h20 à l interphone, sans insister. MMe descend, Heureusement pour le livreur..Dans la discussion :Pb de scoot, vous n avez pas été informé par tel par le livreur? Excuse Classique surement. Le livreur est reparti avec sa Pizza ( surement froide )et pour nous Soupe à la Grimace comme diner, il n y avait rien d autre de prévu . J avais preparé un Pourboire pour le livreur....du coup toutes les enseignes proposant une livraison seront bannies....et Mac pour les scooters avec Sac isotherme..
21h40 Appel d un "manager " du site de distribution "etonné" car il vient de retrouver notre Pizza chez eux.. Manifestement pas au courant du Pb, après le temps de transport et 1/2H de retard la Pizza devait être froide et in mangeabble, cela n' est pas venu à l idée de celui qui a livré avec 30 mn de retard. En conclusion le"Manager " a parlé d un geste commercial. Heureusement nous avions prévu un paiement à la livraison sinon nous étions bons pour une nouvelle Pizza froide une prochaine fois Conclusuon si on veut vendre des Pizza il y a 2 choses qui doivent fonctionner la machine pour la pâte et le scooter pour la livraison, WE de fête des Mères sous le signe de l 'embrouille, toutes les sociétés faisant de la livraison de Nourriture sont bannies de notre Vie, ce qui est surement meilleur pour les régimes et pour la planète, à cause de la pollution

So much for a deal....'the joke'....is what it should be named!

I paid £130 for pizzas for my staff to have before they went into a long meeting. My delivery slot was between 12:30 - 12:45. The tracker showed that the pizza was ready and "being quality checked" but it never moved from there. At 1pm I started phoning the branch for an update but no-one picked up any of my calls. The pizzas were finally delivered at 13:38, and it was all cold and unpleasant. They had clearly been made on time, but had not been delivered due to lack of staff. It was a disappointing waste of money and the customer service was non-existent.
