Fantastic easy to use platform that offers loads of features and reliability at a affordable price. I've been using docupost for years and can't recommend them enough for anyone looking for a simple to use mailing service.

DocuPost has been great for sending postcards and letters for both my personal and business needs. I like their mail PDF preview functionality for proofing, and if something doesn't go right, you can cancel before the mail goes into production and get credits back into your account. The UI experience has been rock solid and their pricing is competitive to other platforms.

Docupost is something I will keep using for the rest of my life. I hate! standing in line for the post office. Even more, its just a hassle to print out of everything and keep all the correspondence organized. That's why this is a game changer. Organized, fast, easy! DocuPost is incredibly convenient, & really easy to use. The price per page is really low, and the print quality is fantastic!! Haven’t used it for specific services like check mailing, but I’m sure it is excellent! The options for mailing rock, too! I love that they offer certified mail, & receipt of delivery!

I love Docupost! I use it to send politically fraught postcards that are designed to attract as many eyes as possible. The most recent one was to the Seattle Archdiocese, which successfully blocked Senate Bill 5375, a bill that would have required clergy to report instances of sexual abuse to law enforcement. Everyone should be aware of their pro-pedophile stance.

I would highly recommend using Docupost. As an operation Manager, they save me so much time when it comes to sending letters and documents and it is very affordable. Thank you Docupost for making my life easier!

I upgraded to DocuPost Premium over a month ago in order to use their check mailing feature. However, until now my account still shows as “not verified” and I’m unable to send any checks.

I have contacted their support THREE times via email and never received a single response. The service I paid for has not been delivered at all.

This lack of response is unacceptable for a paid subscription platform. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank.
