This casino has just paid my £1650 withdrawal. Had to send numerous emails and it also got cancelled once and returned to my account but finally it was paid in full this morning. Updated. They’ve also paid me another £600 withdrawal today. I’ve had issues before but it seems it’s all been sorted. Hopefully it continues

So after waiting 4 months for my withdrawal i have again wasted my time chasing this up with live chat and a few hours later had the below email!!! This is the second time this has happened, but what a conicidence it was after chasing the withdrawal! What a complete scam of a website

Bunch of thieving scamming money labourers I have been waiting for my payout since June and still nothing they take but don’t give back. Do yourself a favour and never waist your time spending your money with them its a loose loose situation.
I’ve been waiting for my $1,400 payment since July 11, 2025. Every time I contact support, I get the same reply saying “please wait.” The supposed 7–21 day timeframe has long passed. I just want honesty and a confirmed payment date.

Can you confirm the exact timeframes of the previous payout? As in the dates you withdrew and when it was paid out etc. Your review was the only one giving me hope that this would all actually be fine. Also did you get replies from the support@ email? I have sent plenty and got nothing back.
I keep being told there is significant delays due to a surge in players and their finance department being spread too thin lol.
