Wish I had looked at the reviews of this SCAM site 1st
They will take your money no problem and yes there is a great selection of games but that's where it ends...you will more than likely win(i banked £1000) and after 6 weeks I'm still being fobbed off about the withdrawal not going through yet as they are "busy" in the financial department which is obviously a load of bs

What an utter shower. No response to any customer support emails over weeks of trying to get them to response.

This is absolutely a scam, fake license, nobody knows which country they operate in -did anyone know where the best place is to report them and put them all in prison? The Curacao License is not recognised !!!
I'm hoping the US is the place, as the fines are the biggest -FBI and Fraud department should get involved in this scam

Sachverhalt

Ich habe mehrmals das Casino darüber informiert, dass ich spielsüchtig bin und dringend eine Kontosperrung benötige. Trotz dieser Mitteilungen, und mehrfacher Aufforderung zur Schließung meines Accounts, wurde mein Konto über Wochen hinweg nicht gesperrt. Während dieser Zeit konnte ich ohne Einschränkung eine nicht geringe 5stellige €
Summe einzahlen.

Dies stellt einen massiven Verstoß gegen die Prinzipien des verantwortungsvollen Spielens dar. Ein solches Verhalten ist nicht nur unverantwortlich, sondern auch gefahrenerhöhend für betroffene Spieler. Gerade bei einer klaren Mitteilung über Spielsucht sollte ein Casino unverzüglich alle notwendigen Maßnahmen ergreifen, um weiteren Schaden zu verhindern.

❌ Verantwortungsloses Handeln des Casinos

Trotz meiner klaren Spielsuchtmitteilung und der Bitte um eine sofortige Kontoschließung, konnte ich weiterhin unbegrenzt Geld einzahlen. Das Casino hat nach meiner Aufforderung zur Schließung meines Kontos keinen erforderlichen Schritt unternommen. XX.000 € sind in dieser Zeit als Verlust entstanden, was meiner Meinung nach auf eine fahrlässige und gefährliche Handhabung des Casinos hinweist.

📞 Fehlende Rückmeldung vom Casino

Zusätzlich habe ich eine formelle Forderung an das Casino gestellt, die bis heute unbeantwortet geblieben ist. Trotz klarer und mehrfacher Anfragen bezüglich meiner Kontosperrung und einer Rückerstattung der verlorenen Summen habe ich keine Rückmeldung erhalten.

1★ – Sehr enttäuschend
Die unverantwortliche Handhabung seitens des Casinos stellt ein großes Risiko für alle Spieler dar. Es ist unverständlich, wie ein Casino trotz klarer Mitteilung über eine Spielsucht keine Sperrung vornimmt und weiterhin Einzahlungen zulässt, wodurch Spieler in gefährliche finanzielle Situationen geraten. Keine Antwort auf Forderungen und eine unverantwortliche Praxis bezüglich des Spielerschutzes – ich rate dringend von diesem Anbieter ab.

Also dieses Casino ist das schlechteste Casino was es gibt Also Leute lasst bloß die Finger von diesem Laden

Retrait depuis le 14 novembre et toujours rien. Sur le chat on parle a une IA , les réponses sont toujours les mêmes et rien ne bouge !
J’ai gagné de l'argent que je ne toucherais jamais ! Déçue !

Un retrait demandé depuis le 3 novembre 2025 et toujours rien de versé, malgré maintes réclamations, toujours la même rengaine

DONT PLAY ON HERE .. took my deposit money straight away think I deposited about £200 in total ..won £600 and put a withdrawal request in ...after a few days nothing so went to customer chat was told 7-21 BUSINNESS DAYS JUST FOR REVIEW...BEEN WAITING 25 BUSINESS DAYS SO FAR and just told delays...not holding out much hope of getting paid ....come to the conclusion that all these casinos that come up on social media are a rip off and waste to time...going to contact my bank and try and get my deposits back due to fraud

Ich warte jetzt seit dem 07.11.2025 auf meine Auszahlung. Auch auf mehrmaliger Nachfrage einen Agent zu sprechen gibt es nur Bots.
Für mich ist Weihnachten dieses Jahr gelaufen. Ich würde dort kein Geld mehr einzahlen.
Leider gibt es kein Weihnachtswunder...

Scam site still waiting for withdrawal of £100 for 25 days

I’m having the same problem as everyone else waiting for a withdrawal of £2000 did anyone get their money ? Is there anything we can do ??

A tale of caution, I have won and have have received my withdrawal from this site, my warning and believe me it’s a warning is twice now a company they use in their deposit system has tried to take nearly 600$ from my account two different names but both dollars, first time was told to change my password, second time spins castle s finest Stella literally is too busy with other customers to deal with the fact that their security system is below standard in a huge way, I have had to cancel my card and now feel that there is no way I would upload any further payment details to such a low grade site, and as for Stella’s customer service or lack of it well let’s just say it gets the same star value as the site itself

I ve been waiting since 5.9.2025 for my withdrawal of 1000 I wagered everything I had to and all they keep saying is withdrawal being reviewed it's been 6 weeks. DO NOT PLAY ON THIS SITE ITS A SCAM.

Scamming Casino.. They won't let me close down my account.. Been sending like 20 emails to their support, and nothing happens.. Also, they stole money from me.. Deposits that never come through but they took money from my bank account.. So don't play on this Casino..

It's a shame we don't have the option to don't give even a star.People don't deposit and play on this casino.They don't pay out widrawals .If you jave money and want to deposit and play just for fun do it but don't wait for them to pay out the widrawals.I did a widrawal on 14th of May and never received it.Talked on chat with bots is no human agent and always you will receive automatic reply.
