Really useful and easy in downloads and uploads
I found it really useful, i used it to study specific things and as well to sell some papers i personally wrote to earn some money. Everything was clear and smooth in the process of downloading and uploading.

TRUFFATORI nulla di piu appropriato ho fatto la registrazione al loro sito e pagato l abbonamento poiche dovevo sostenere degli esami e volevo preparami al meglio, ne ho scaricato a malapena uno pagando 29,97 perchè avevo scelto l abbonamento trimestrale al secondo download mi chiede di pagare altri 20€ per poter scaricare l altro esame e cosi andando avanti, contatto l assistenza e mi dicono che ci sono dei punti da comprare ogni volta diversamente non si puo scaricare nulla al che chiedo il rimborso perche quanto descritto non si evince dal loro abbonamento e mi dicono di vedere nelle clausole che ovviamente mi hanno mandato loro perche trovarle sul sito sarebbe impossibile o come farebbero a vendere questi abbonamenti SOLA, li contesto ma non ho piu avuto risposta dal 19 settembre ma soprattutto sono ancora in attesa dI ricevere il rimborso, state alla larga da queste piattaforme SONO SOLO UN PACCO se avete bisogno di verificare le risposte copiate ed incollate una per volta in chatgpt ed avrete la risposta corretta, quanto a voi egregi signori di docsity ridatemi i miei soldi o mandatemi una ricevuta che li avete dati in beneficenza saro felice allo stesso modo grazie.

Mi sento letteralmente truffata e derubata. Inizialmente mi è stato detto di fare un abbonamento di 20 € (15,99 €), ma poi, quando non ho raggiunto i punti necessari, mi è stato chiesto di pagare un ulteriore 9,99 € per completare il totale. Ho scaricato solo UN documento mentre gli altri devo pagarli separatamente, a 26 € per ciascuno. È davvero inaccettabile!
"I literally feel scammed and robbed. I downloaded just one document, which was initially offered to me for €15.99, but then I was told that in order to view it properly, I needed more points, which meant paying an additional €9.99. So, for a single document, I ended up paying €26. Now, I am being asked to pay even more to access other documents. This system is completely unacceptable. You can't treat students like this; it's a real scam. A system that constantly asks for money is more like a slot machine than a useful platform. I demand a refund and that this abuse be resolved immediately.

I bought three documents
I bought three documents, the first and second with the premium subscription and then I bought separately premium points, but all the three documents are incomplete and insufficient, and they do not respect my expectations. The three documents all concern the same exam, which is "Elaborato e strutture in zona sismica" (Unipegaso), I spend 70€ for nothing.
