Awesome customer service! Even better product. I use the weightlifting hooks and the wrist straps and have seen progress in my regiment and gains. Having carpal tunnel, the hooks are a relief.

The belt fits comfortably and has a large adjustment range. Definitely worth it for the price.

These are great. When your grip is failing, using these for additional support allows you to push further in your weight training exercises.

I ordered a hat. It was not what I expected. I had to contact the company several times to get an answer as to how to return it for a refund. Finally a return label was obtained. I returned the hat well before the thirty day limit. I have not received a refund. It has been approx two weeks. They rarely answer their phones. This fraudulent transaction has been reported to my bank.

Follow up review) Dmoose finally found out that the parts I got may have some issues. I should get the replacement parts within a few days. Hope that works! It took longer than expected, but they are trying to resolve my issue. So changing the review to 3 stars. Will update once I get the replacement.

Purchased a weight belt, and as always I was skeptical about quality and such. Well, great job D Moose, ya got it right! Great quality, shipped fast and the price was right. Ya'll kept me in the loop as far as shipping as well. I will be back!

The water bottle that I ordered with a sling is absolutely perfect for taking my dog hiking, plenty of water for both of us and the cell phone pocket is NICE!!!

Didn’t like the wraps I ordered. Took a chance but turned out not the type of joint support I need. No big deal. Requested a return. Detailed my reasons. No help from a chatbot conversation or the email reply a few hours later. This has scam written all over it.

Great customer service. I made a sizing mistake when ordering a weight lifting belt and they were super helpful in getting me the correct size before it shipped.

The elbow straps are the best option I've tried for my tendonitis. It had grown so painful I could barely lift and grip things, but after one workout with the straps I felt my symptoms improve. I've continued using them while working out for 2 weeks and feel improvement--less pain throughout the day, increasing strength and ability to grip, and much less discomfort while exercizing.

When you guys replace the damaged arm blaster that I bought from your company. I called your office to get the product replace but till now know response. When I have my product replace then I can share my experience with your team.

My review is not good. I ordered a powerlifting accessory kit and knee sleeves belt and wrist straps paid for expedited shipping so that we had it for a powerlifting meet for a young man I was sponsoring. I kept receiving emails oh it's on the way. Oh it should've arrived. Finally, I called because it didn't arrive. It haven't even left the warehouse yet. I tried to cancel the order that I pressured me and pressured me not to cancel the order even though I paid expedited shipping it was supposed to come through the post office, which wasn't delivered to my house so two weeks later I still don't have the lifting gear I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased the hanging ab straps and absolutely love them! I have a lot of various back issues which makes doing traditional ab work very limiting and painful. However with the DMOOSE hanging ab straps, I can now fully exhaust my core without any pain, without limiting range of motion, and there is so much variety in what you can do with them. I also don't have to worry about grip strength giving out before my abs do because the straps keep you completely secure. The straps are durable, padded, very comfortable, and great quality. I definitely recommend them!

I purchased the AB Roller where there was a materials issue that was addressed promptly and to my complete satisfaction. There are numerous references to design and materials quality made on the DMoose website and they definitely live up to their quality and customer support standards.

This was a very bad experience. I ordered 2 of the 62 lb kettlebells. It offered me a discount on an additional item that I didnt need or want, but seemed like a good deal. They ship the additional item and wait a week to tell me that they are now out of stock of the kettlebells and eventually tell me that they will not be restocking them. Why have them available if they were out st thr time of my order? I had an event they were to be used for and I showed up to the event empty handed because of this. They offered a refund but significant time passed or the option to wait for another option to develop.

Great products and pricing, but their customer service was the winner here. Had an issue with delivery, and they made it right. Definitely will purchase more products from them.
