DMOOSE Omdömen

Ordered hip bands and a foot stretcher recently as I had a hip surgery and have had plantar fasciitis on and off, cannot say how much these have helped. A true game changer

DMoose has the same products on Amazon for a cheaper price. A bit disappointed at this. Sale price of product should be the same across all platforms.

I like how DMOOSE cares about customers being able to continue using the pull-up bar.

Customer service awesome. I had to return an item. They were very responsive and issued refund immediately. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good quality product.

Quick shipping. Good price. Quality product.

Took 10 days before my order was processed then another four to five days to receive my order.

The elbow wraps are a perfect length. I love the way they go through the loop to start the wrapping process in a perfect position.

I bought ankle straps. They came in two separate official dmoose packages. They don't match. The colors are similar but one of them looks to be of high quality and the second one looks like a cheap knockoff but I don't think it's a knockoff. I think they just lowered their quality. I contacted multiple times. I should say I tried to contact multiple times by email by chat and by phone they don't answer any of those. So based on their lack of customer service I do not recommend. Thank you. Bought these two ankle straps on Amazon. 😕

DMOOSE has great products but the customer support is top notch! I had an issue with a product and they did everything to make the situation right. Such a great experience!

Hamza, a customer support staff answered my question about the weight capacity of their 3 way adjustable loading pin, which is 100 lbs.

First, the pull-up bar i got from Dmoose is excellent, it does not leave any marks or is damaging to my doorway in any way and is very sturdy and stable. But the rubber separators decayed and fell apart in a very short time. When i contacted them, they responded within minutes, not even hrs. And they immediately sent me replacements without any additional charges, not even for shipping. I rate them as one of the top 10 brands I trust the most globally. Excellent after-sale customer service. Hope it stays that way as they grow.

This company is great. I purchased the pull up bar earlier this year in January. Recently, I discovered the rubber parts in between the piping were cracked/broken from normal wear and tear. After contacting DMoose and providing photos, they quickly placed replacement parts into transit! Appreciate the customer service. Thank you Hamza and team!

Fast and productive customer service

Has an issue, contacted customer support, received a phone call in less than 2 minutes, and had my issue resolved promptly. Thanks.

Their barbell clamps started to shrink a bit after 6+ months of usage. Without much hassle the have sent a replacement. Very quick and responsive and awesome that they stand by their products for a while with usage.

Both of the items I ordered were reasonably priced, and have performed as advertised. The ordering process was easy, and my items showed up when promised.

Fantastic company and great quality gear. I had a small issue with my lifting straps and they took care of it with no issues.

The delivery was quick. Great quality dumbbells. I have been using the mushroom plus powder daily. It's kept me alert by adding to my herbal tea in the morning. That gave me the effort to workout sooner than previosly.

I was not too keen on the Hip Thrust belt until I got a nice man on customer service who sent me a video link to show me the setup. Within minutes I was working out and it is a nice challenge for core, hip and back. Thank You. It does have a fine quality of workmanship to it as well. It did arrive fairly quickly as well. Thank You
