I’m writing this review to check myself. About a year and a half ago my guy needed parts for his chair. Well, it took quite a while to get the parts. He did get them. At that time I wrote a bad review. And I apologize for that now. I wrote that review out of a place of frustration and anger. I let my emotions get the best of me. And in all honesty, I give the fellas at DME HUB lots of credit for being so incredibly patient and helpful. I plan to use this company over and over again as I’ve always received things quickly and they’ve been a great help when needing to replace parts.

Easy ordering and fast delivery. Received the correct items

I appreciate being able to order DME online when needed quickly. I had to call to find out status of our order after no communication in over a week. The owner promptly called back and gave me the information. I was unconvinced by the manufacturer requiring a signature for a wheelchair cushion delivery.

I am a patient from Hong Kong, representative is really helpful and responsive.
And I have received my product from pay to receive in just a week with USP

As always the customer support (Dave) got me what I needed and answered my questions. My go to for TiLite parts!

The ROHO cushion cover I order met all the specifications to fit my cushion. It good to know your dealing with a company that gets it right the first time. The online ordering process was a breeze. Their prices for the covers was lower than many of their competitors.

Once again Dave was amazing finding parts for my chair at a reasonable cost.

Very good after purchase personal care over the phone.

I was sent this link to review satisfaction of a recent purchase. Weeks after payment, and receiving a paid notification. I’ve not been provided with a tracking number, or notice of shipping…and not a surprise! I’m here now package.

Nothing.

The only reason there is a one star rating is because you can’t give a zero.

I’ve been using DME Hub for many years to get updates on my wheelchair and have always received excellent service from them.

Service rep on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable to make sure I got the right item we needed.

My experience was good, not great. This is the second time I've used DME and I've appreciated your service. On this second purchase, however, I made an oversight. I ordered 2 inner tubes late at night - put in all my info and everything went smoothly. But only minutes later I realized I needed a tool to help me get the tire off and on the rim. Your site had a small, light, plastic tool for around $6. Had I purchased that within the first order, I'm sure it would've been included within the same standard $10 shipping fee. Unfortunately there was no way to edit my first order to include this small plastic piece. This was literally minutes later and long before the order was even processed. (Again, this was after hours.) As such, if I were to buy this small plastic piece, it would've been another $10 - which is more than the piece itself. I refused to do that. Because it was after hours, there was no one to assist me. There was a place to write an email seeking assistance - I did write a note - however, no one responded, and the inner tubes were sent by themselves with no further notice. Again, the initial oversight was mine, but I would've thought there was a way to edit, or delete the order and start over before the order was even processed. I looked for this, but didn't see that option.

It was so easy to work with Dave Creek. He went out of his way to be more than helpful, figuring out what I needed to order.

Needed some new wheel locks for my wife's wheelchair. Dave helped me find exactly what I needed. The prices are always competitive and the customer service is outstanding.

Got here fast just wish wheelchair parts were a little less expensive i did get free shipping this time so that helps
