DMB Car Seats Omdömen

We are more than happy with the lovely high back booster seat for our son. We had our very tall son’s axkid mini kid 4 installed by DMB car seats. I knew i’d definitely be purchasing our high back booster again through DMB, as his axkid was ideal and his little sister is now using this. Went for the avionaut max space this time, as our boy is very tall reaches height capacity for his axkid, the max space will give him maximum capacity for future. Delighted with this and the swandoo foot rest purchased. He’s very comfortable and I know i can ask for fitting advice at any time.

Second time buying a car seat from DMB car seats and second time being over the moon with the product, service and delivery. Highly recommend!

The help was very good and I was given it then two options to choose from and then we tried them in my car to see if they all fitted and also if my Baby liked the car seat all the information given was very informative and I’m really happy with the experience

Very prompt delivery

Deborah is so welcoming and so knowledgeable about the products she fits. There was no hard sell just advice about the pros and cons of each seat we tried.

She was fantastic with our son, getting him involved in all aspects.

Very impressed and just disappointed we hadn’t met with Deborah sooner!

No hesitation to recommend her for help with your car seats!

Fast shipping and communication

I’ve ordered previously (and had a fantastic experience then too!) but when I reached out about needing a replacement pump for our seat urgently I had a super quick response and it was posted out so quickly!!! Can’t say how grateful I am for such fantastic service, thank you! X

Highly recommend buying from DMB Car Seats. Great support.

Really helpful and knowledgeable. We always come back to Deborah when we need to purchase a new car seat.

Was very quick at answering questions sent by e-mail.

Recently bought the Avionaut Cosmo from DMB Car Seats. Seat is perfect for our new born - really happy with purchase and reassured our wee one will be as safe as possible travelling in the car.
I'm based in Glasgow but have bought 4 seats from Deborah and have had great service with prompt and thorough support each time.
Would completely recommend to anyone ordering - no need to be local to Aberdeenshire - DMB will provide excellent service.

Very helpful and patience with my and my daughter. Helped to find the perfect seat. Since my daughter is no longer crying in the car.

Deborah provides an absolutely brilliant service. She's extremely knowledgeable about car seats, and has given us advice on multiple different situations and set-ups, including how to fit three across in the back of our car, and which set-up would suit us best when travelling. We have bought seats for all three of our kids through her, all of which we are really happy with, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy seats for their kids and keep them safe.

Brilliant as always, won’t go anywhere else nor will I recommend anyone else for the safest car seats for your child. Deborah is always just a message away and doesn’t leave you waiting any amount of time, a very rare thing in any business nowadays!

Once again, amazing service from Deborah this was our 3rd seat from her. Quick response & delivery time. Always happy to be contacted whenever you have a query. The aftercare is also worth 5*!

Absolutely fantastic service from Deborah - we rang on a Friday night after realising at the last minute that we needed a travel car seat for our holiday the following Monday. She arranged express shipping and it was with us by Sunday. Couldn’t thank her enough - excellent company and service and would 100% recommend. Thank you again!

Excellent. From start to finish. Easy, knowledgable and reliable

DMB is fantastic. I was anxious about driving over to the shop with my little one, but Deborah drove out to us (free of charge). She did a demo of the car seats I asked her to bring, and she had new ones with her that I could purchase. She also answered so many questions I had!

Most notably I felt like Deborah didn't try to sway me to purchase a more expensive chair. She really wanted to help us find one that works for our family and baby. She said I could continue to ask her questions if I needed help with fitting my child into the chair as he grows.

I feel so grateful to have asked Deborah for help. I'd recommend DMB Car Seats to all parents!

For context: car rides have been stressful with my baby who cries every car ride. We tested out the car seat we purchased from Deborah and we had the happiest drives to date.

Cannot recommend Deborah enough!!
Her knowledge and service is 10/10

We have been to Deborah three times in the last year for different upgrades for our three boys and have been so delighted every time. You can't put a price on peace of mind with your little ones car seats. Thank you!!
