Purchased an item and the wrong colour was sent. Seller responded and agreed to send the correct item. One week later no correspondence and no item despite several emails.
How can any customer be happy with service like this?

A deserved five stars
A deserved five stars from me.
Just brought five jackets from Diya Online and i will say that i am extremely happy with every one of them.
Each jacket was excellently well made. The materials used are of a very high standard.
The cut and sewing was very well done. In fact there wasn’t a single thread out of place for all five jackets.
Also, the items were very well packaged and delivery was extremely fast.
Totally happy with all of my purchases and will definitely come back for more.
In fact i have my eye on a pair of shoes now and fully expecting the same level of quality.

Haven't even bothered to reply after…
Haven't even bothered to reply after over 2 weeks of waiting!! I never got my parcel and the reply I got on here was someone is dealing with the case as we speak!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!! I have sent over 4 email replies for an update but still waiting! Had to still make payments on clearpay so that it doesn't affect my credit history!! Very disappointed!!!

Awful when it comes to refunds.
I ordered from this site as they seemed reliable. I received my item which was beautiful, but unfortunately it didn't fit. I returned it a few days after I received it.
Luckily I used tracked delivery for my return (sent on 9th April), which showed the item was signed for and received by Diya the next day (10th April).
I emailed a week or so after I sent my return off, to which they replied saying allow upto 14 days. Which is fair enough. It's not been 15 days, I've emailed the company without a reply. Wondering how to report them, as I didn't receive any correspondence when they received my return, so wondering what's happened as they can't claim they didn't receive it. Would give 0 starts if I could.

Ordered 3 outfits and so glad I did. Sizing was perfect and outfits are lovely. Material used is slightly on the weaker side but very good value for money. Delivery and packaging was great, I would definitely be ordering again.

Customer Service
No reply to emails for days and hard to get any customer service help. After the review was written and Instagram messaging, was able to get some customer support but then it faded out again. In the end, the team came through and resolved my issue.

Company sends faulty item and then does not help
So just before eid ordered an outfit from Diya. Clearly they do not get checked before being sent out. There was fabric missing at the front and back. Knowing we were a day away from Eid I felt so helpless and desperate. They offered me a 10% discount. Then moved to 12.5%. Laughable if it was not so awful for me. Partial refund they call this.You would struggle to get half price with the fault it has. Best place for it is the bin. A company shows its true colours by how they handle a situation. And these are the worst kind of company out there. No help at all nor an apology. Would never shop here again. No ethics at all but quick to take your money and keep it.
