Great products ! Packages received on time as promised. When one of the items were not available, a replacement was sent immediately. Excellent customer service ! Dir Zone Jacket
Ich habe das Dir Zone Jacket gekauft und bin mehr als zufrieden. Ich stand etwas unter Zeitdruck, da ich das Jacket last minute für meinen Sohn bestellt habe und es wurde sehr schnell und zuverlässig geliefert. Update: They contacted me and I received a full refund.
I ordered items that were stated are in stock in Germany so it should take few days to come to Czech Republic. I got email after 3 weeks that my order has arrived in country. It's been almost 2 months and I never receivd my order.

You had ordered 1 t-shirt and stickers to arrive to the Czech Republic. We note with each and every product that the international shipping within Europe takes about 2 weeks. Your first package arrived within 16 days. However, you notified us nothing had arrived. The second package could not be delivered and is on your local post office for pick-up. It seems that your address is either wrong or your packages might be with your neighbours / local pick-up station. We had shared the tracking number with you to show you that everything was sent out properly.
It's a pity you did not approach us BEFORE purchasing. Obviously, you had been travelling during the time the packages arrived and could not receive them. Please contact us the next time prior to the online purchase, if you need it urgently. It will surely help to avoid any disappointment :) Thanks so much and have a lovely stay in Bali, Sarah

Expensive for the quality, but good
Perhaps sightly expensive for less than artisan quality, but nevertheless a prompt, honest quality shop. The items shipped quickly and arrived safely with a handwritten note, and the sellers were consistently helpful and friendly.

I choose the wrong size. They handled the return very professional. When I didn't answer their mail (too much work) they actively contacted me via WhatsApp bc it was important to them that I was happy with my suit.
The product itself is just wonderful! Such soft neoprene and especially comfortable to wear around the private area.
