BE AWARE - NOT TRUSTWORTHY

Actually it was a nightmare in the sense of communication and quality of the items.
First came SMB with a nice letter to be patient blah blah… because it was not urgent I waited. Then other part from my order arrived and that was disgusting:
a) from China. Mouthpiece ridiculously small, smelly. I was ordering from Germany thinking about quality. I did not sign up for cheap Chinese nonsense.
b) it was wrapped in endless plastic. I am a diver. I don’t use this nature damaging stuff. It is so irresponsible!
c) the order was missing an item.
I contacted the company, got a weird response that was clearly written without reading or understanding my email as the facts did not match. I was blamed of not picking up stuff!
I contacted them demanding to answer properly.
No answer.
I wrote again informing them that I will start the process with PayPal of non delivered items.
Few days later the missing item, but NOT COMPLETE arrived.

To my judgement from the experience this company is unprofessional scam. That’s it.

Dear Giedre, your happiness is very important to us! Thank you so much for writing us a review. You had purchased 5 products with us - 4 of them have successfully arrived:
1x SMB Cool Diver Below
1x yellow regulator hose holder
1x blue mouthpiece
1x LED flashlight
1x black reel

Our SMB arrived within 10 days to you indicating that the other items will follow at a later point separately. As of now only one product has not arrived, the LED flashlight, for a value of EUR 5! The light is still on its way to you. If it should not arrive, we will of course fully refund you.

Please ship any items back to us to Germany for a full refund. We have sent you our address.

Unfortunately, I have caught Covid-19 last week and was three days off without any chance to reply to you. I hope you accept my apologies for that.

My order took more than two months to be delivered and I didn’t receive any ETA after my payment.

Dear Raed, thank you so much for your feedback! We work very hard to make the logistics as smooth as possible. You are based in Saudi Arabia. Usually, the items arrive within 4 weeks to Saudia Arabia. However, we are not able to speed up the transit / custom process, which can take another 2-4 weeks. You had ordered right before Christmas, which can extend the shipping time and customs immensely.

I am deeply sorry the international shipping took that long. We try to be there for you as much as we can to keep you posted on the status. We wish we could do anything to speed up the delivery to you with DHL! If you are ready to pay the extra we can ship items with UPS within 2-3 weeks. Also customs can be prepaid. However, instead of EUR 8.9 (what you paid) the shipping charges might be around EUR 110! Thank you so much for your understanding, Sarah & Diving Specials Shop.

Kontakt nett und schnell

Wir wurden informiert, dass unsere Bestellung leider nicht so ausgeführt werden konnte, wie angegeben. Es wurden uns auch gleich andere Vorschläge unterbreitet, was für uns auch ok war. Der Kontakt war freundlich und immer schnell. Gerne wieder.

Great products and service!

I ordered a very last minute gift for a friend and was worried it wouldn't arrive in time but the shipping was really fast and I was in contact the whole time. I was even asked to send a message to let them know when my order arrived to give them peace of mind. Great range of products, great customer service and very fast shipping! Recommend!
