Poor start but good finish
Time Wasters
I have tried three times to open an account with these people. Every time the call centre are positive, but then nothing. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but three strikes and you're out as they say. This last time I even warned them I would leave a poor review and they still did not respond.
They are completely unprofessional and incompetent.
Avoid like the plague.
UPDATE: Having seen this review Divido contacted me and they pulled out all the stops to rectify the problem. In particular Kimberly Ryan was a godsend and I now have an account set up for my business. It is a shame the original problems occurred and nobody is really able to say why. Anyway perseverance and Trustpilot can make a difference.
PS I did offer to delete the original post but Divido asked me to leave it up and post the positive response as an update, which I was happy to do.

Heather Bramhall, senior customer service executive of Divido was superb in every aspect. Outstandingly attentive and like super helpful and FUN I really enjoyed the whole interaction and it made my day. I can't commend Heather enough, it joyous to be so briefly acquainted.
Very happy, if I could repeat I would because I was kinda helpless without her and it was such a fantastic interaction. :)!!

I used Divido in January of this year…
I used Divido in January of this year and couldnt have been happier and pleased with the service. Really quick and painless, no messing around with vast amounts of paperwork, just quick and seamless.

After spending hours contemplating where and who, I finally found what was already under my nose. Great service, fast and friendly. I got a Simba mattress and by far these guys provide the best, stressless and free finance deal on it (drop the mic)!
