Have just bought a pair of straighteners from Diva and I forgot to add the discount code I had. I emailed them and they got straight back to me and advised they would refund me the difference the next day. I have just received the email to confirm refund has been done. I have had this with another company who said that they couldn't add the discount once I had placed the order so was super impressed with diva and their communication with me.

For the 2nd time in 3 years my Diva Atmos Pro Styler has broken. The 1st was amazing, loved it, about 18 months later a piece of plastic broke off where you attach the brushes etc. They give you a spare spring switch, but it’s opposite this. Irreparable. So I bought another, spending nearly £200 again, for the exact same one. They couldn’t fix it and it was out of warranty of course.
Approx. another 18 months and the same thing has happened, in the same spot… Sent photos and enquiries, still waiting for a reply. Meanwhile I can’t afford to fork out on another one, and don’t know which one I’d get either?!

I had a piece missing on the hairdryer that I bought and the customer service team really did go above and beyond for a replacement for me. Friendly, professional and helpful, I could not recommend them highly enough.

I have poker straight hair, but my daughter has quite curly hair. She wanted a diffuser as a gift. I did some research and purchased the Diva pro diffuser. She really likes it, her curls are much improved

I contacted Divapro about a faulty hairdryer as I was let down by the consumer I had purchased it from.
Divapro are absolutely amazing they dealt with my compliant and replaced my hairdryer with in a couple of days.
I would highly recommend them and will most definitely purchase from them again.

Excellent customer service. I contact the company about a faulty hairdryer that was only 9 months old, but unfortunately I didn’t have access to the receipt. Despite this they were understanding, helpful and very kind throughout the process, and they arranged a replacement for me. Absolutely amazing I contacted someone on the Thursday about my hairdryer less than a year-old making a funny noise and a bad smell. By the Saturday morning I had a brand-new one sent to my house very impressed. Customer services were absolutely amazing very polite and helpful.
