Bad costumer care
I made an online order from Dissh where I ordered two items and only one came, I was surprised the first time this happened to me. I wrote to them by email and said that I did not receive one of the products, they replied saying that the order from us was sent because the package weighed was 0.971kg and that it was not possible. Should I be responsible for the missing item?! Meanwhile I paid for two products and only received one. No one wants to stay in contact with customer service because purchases are made to be happy and not to be stressed that an item is missing and to clarify the situation.

Placed an order and received it on 3/23. Needed to return it as it was not the correct size. The site keeps freezing up when I go to select what I would like to return and says it is "unfilled" ( not sure what that means). The same AI message I keep getting says contact the business you are trying to return your item. I have tried multiple times on their site to start the return process and no response. Very frustrated and I would never order from them again.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Accused me of being disrespectful when I wasn’t and was informed I would get a follow up email as to why my order has not dispatched. I am still waiting for this and my order has still not been dispatched! Wouldn’t shop here again.

Never received my order
I ordered on 14th March and I have been waiting for it to dispatch since. No updates after one and a half weeks so I checked on the order status on 25th March. It says 'unfulfilled'. They took my full payment but unable to fulfil my order and gave me no update on this nor refund. I have to request a refund in the end. Biggest scam. Would avoid in the future.

Order cancellation
I placed an order, mistakenly ordering the same item twice, thinking it was a set. Just a minute after placing the order, I realized the mistake and immediately reached out via email and Instagram. The team promptly responded on Instagram, assuring me that they could cancel the order if I confirmed, but they advised me to reach out via chat for a quicker resolution.
However, when I contacted chat support, I was informed that my order could not be canceled. It was only after I shared a screenshot of the Instagram conversation that they agreed to make a one-time exception and cancel the order. They also instructed me to use only one communication channel moving forward.
I find this experience to be neither transparent nor consistent. It has left me disappointed with the lack of clear communication and support.

Great cloehtes, speedy delivery and customer service team super responsive and helpful with returns and even offered to help track down my lost parcel. Really appreciate that kind of service when buying online!

Why can I not use apple pay
Why can I not use apple pay? I have been scammed in the past and I really don't feel comfortable having to put in my credit card details to new sites. Does anyone else feel that is sketchy? Please add some more options!

Very disappointed with the customer…
Very disappointed with the customer service. I was sent the wrong size, and instead of offering a simple exchange, I was told to return the item, wait for a refund, and repurchase — only for the item to sell out in the meantime. The responses I received were generic and showed no real concern for resolving the issue. It’s clear they don’t value their customers. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ok I feel I need to say this I ordered…
Ok I feel I need to say this I ordered a dress and immediately realised I’d ordered to pay in full when I wanted to pay in 3 instalments ( which was offered ) I cancelled within seconds of ordering …. It took them 2 days to tell I couldn’t cancel as it had already been processed… so iv had to accept the order and send it back ( after waiting 2 days before they confirmed my return and it has cost me £25 to send back … be wary of ordering from this company they offer no free return on very expensive clothing … I would use another company if you can I will not recommend… I have a successful TikTok account about fashion and will definitely be posting about this … I cancelled my order within mins of ordering it should have been cancelled… disgrace
