Un servicio de streaming basado en documentales de entretenimiento tipo crimen, paranormal, aventuras...etc. Para el que le gusta este tipo de programación como es mi caso genial.
Lastima no haberme enterado antes.
Muy contento con el servicio, funciona perfectamente y sin cortes.

An absolute disgrace

I have mixed feelings about Discovery Plus. While the content selection is decent, I've had some frustrating experiences using the service. For one thing, I've noticed that some shows aren't available in the EU, such as Man vs. Wild. This is a shame, as it's one of my favorite shows. To access it, I've had to resort to using a VPN, but even then, I've found that certain episodes and specials are missing, such as the Jake Gyllenhaal episode from season 7.

Another issue I've had is with logging in to the Google TV app. It's really bad. You can't use your phone or a barcode to log in, which would be much more convenient. Instead, you have to type in your login details, which is time-consuming and unfriendly. Overall, while I appreciate some aspects of Discovery Plus, these issues have really detracted from my enjoyment of the service.

Well on what's already a jittery & blotchy app from whatever i watch it on, it now seems that sometime after my subscription renewal they introduced effin adverts which is the bain of my TV watching. And now to go ad free they've offered to take them away with an upgrade that is double the expense of my current subscription. What the hairy duck is that about. I want my money back as you've not given me what I paid for. You've introduced adverts a month INTO my renewed subscription. Fck off !!!

Rigtig dygtig medhjælper! Havde en LiveChat med Villads T. og han var hurtig til at finde ud af hvad der var gået galt, da der var trukket 99,- og 79,- de sidste 3 måneder. De 99,- skrev han med det samme, at jeg villle få tilbage, da det var en fejl fra deres side af. Skrev hele tiden hvad han lavede, så jeg kunne følge med - Alt i alt, en dejlig hjælp at modtage :).

Sadly after and update there has been issue with video quality.

It has great shows but the app constantly needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled. You have to sign in as it logs you out regularly. If they were going to log us out regularly it would be nice to have an easy sign in feature like a QR code or via our phone like most apps but no it’s old school takes forever.

I have had no problems with this site and the tv content is very good.

After weeks of wasting my time because I had to write lengthy responses for THEIR app issues, them forcing me to download iPhone updates so it “fixes the problem” (it only made things worse) then saying they’ll update me because their “engineering team” is fixing it (that was also a lie), they only NOW told me they don’t support my Apple TV device. Why did this take almost a month??? They won’t even tell me why this took so long and keep avoiding all my questions about their horrible lack of accountability, inconsistency and unreliability.

Their support team didn't know what to do half the time and would send me support instructions that had nothing to do with the devices I own. They refuse to take any accountability for the issues they caused on my phone or for wasting my time the past few weeks with inaccurate information. They have no idea what's going on with their own app and are suppressing all the negative feedback they have in the Apple app store.
