Discount Cricket Outlet Omdömen

Communication was great. All items received in great condition. I've got a real issue with retailers that over package items and DCO had made good use of box to get the items to me in as little as possible.

Will definitely use again 👍🏻

The prices were fine and everything arrived. The issues were after receiving my order. I have tried to email and ring to discuss a return as the trousers I ordered were too large around the leg. Firstly the email address included in my order information labeled as contact details didn't work. Then when I have tried to ring there is either no answer or the different email quoted has not replied to me either. Ordering and delivery fine but don't expect to be able to return anything.

Great price and next day delivery. whats more to ask!

Order arrived when promised and size wise the bag perfectly bridges the gap between junior and adult. Looks good too. Very happy.

The order arrived quickly and was of excellent quality, thank you so much!

Excellent product range, and service.
Boots arrived well packaged and on time!

I bought a New Balance bag and it's stylish and practical.

Received my new spikes at a great price and quick delivery

Very well laid out website,
Good range both for elite and beginner,
Good value and delivery,
Very happy with the service

Good set up easy to use just I would want them to put a delivery estimate timer on their website other than that amazing experience and products they are selling amazing

Quickly delivered and efficient ordering process

Always quality products and quick delivery. I’d recommend Discount Cricket to anyone wanting to purchase any equipment and accessories.

Overall really happy but communication was a bit strange. I was emailed to tell me the helmet I wanted was out of stock and would an alternative (at no extra charge) be acceptable. I replied yes. When it arrived it was the original one I ordered anyway. Nonetheless it fits well and all is good. Will probably use this site again in the future

My order came quicker then expected and the product has been very useful for me since.

All good, great price and delivered as expected

Quick delivery, great service

Impressed with the service, quick delivery and easy website to use. I did request some additional information that wasn’t forthcoming, but overall very pleased with service received.

If possible I wouldn't give this company even one star since they do not deserve even that. I ordered a cricket bag for my son and the company took payment. I then waited a few days for delivery.
I then received an email saying "We are sorry that we were unable to fulfil your order, a full refund has been issued today" Of course I didn't get that either!
I presumed that they were out of stock with this item but when I checked their site they had just increased the price.
This is no way to run a business and must be against the law I'm sure.
Anyway, my advice is to avoid at all costs!
