Cancelled my order after transaction was made and money taken
Bought a gun cabinet from this company and paid for it with my credit card. Despite this they emailed me the next day to cancel my order due to no courier being available. I live in mainland UK (albeit Highlands of Scotland) and know there are many couriers in this area. Emailed to ask them if they would deliver to an alternative address, or use another courier but they completely ignored me. Not impressed at all....

Needed a 6 gun rifle cabinet and was…
Needed a 6 gun rifle cabinet and was surprised at the online price so tried to communicate with them because I live within a few miles of the company address. As others have said, communication is not great, however I turned up at the address out of curiosity and was met by a friendly, helpful young lad who's name I never got. I was told the item was in stock and I could take it straight away saving money on delivery 👍. I was invited in to the office to pay and the gun cabinet was loaded in to my car within 10 minutes of pulling up. The rifle cabinet is great quality and was in perfect condition. Fantastic service and 100% not a scam as others have suggested. Improved communication could improve this feeling.

No returns policy
I ordered an item which I immediately (within the same day) worked out I didnt need. So far the only return option that I have been given is to pay a £20 collection fee. Despite contacting support several times they refuse to give me any other option. It is a seed spreader (metal) yet they seem to justify the collection price as it is "fragile goods"!

Delivery / Courier issues
Ordered a product to arrive on the 5th June. A day before delivery they contact me to say there is a 'driver problem' and they would not be able to make delivery. They informed me the earliest this particular courier would do is the 12th.
I acknowleged their email and asked if they could use an alternative courier due to this being a time senstive order - this email was ignored.
I was not able to take delivery on the 12th due to being on holiday. The courier provided an alternative date of the 19th which I selected through their app.
I attempted to track the delivery the day before on the 18th which it showed no trace. I contacted the seller who stated there was 'a major problem' and it has now been rescheduled for the 26th.
I have arranged to be home on two confirmed dates for them to not make delivery. No clue why a product should take nearly a month to reach me.
I cannot comment on the quality of product as I'm not sure if I'll recieve it at this point.

Customer service is useless
Customer service is useless.
I tried the chat service, wasn't answered. So I tried the phone, where I got a customer agent of sorts, who asked me what my needs were (a belt for a dirtypro shredder), he then told me to send them an email and he would forward it to the parts department. Why didn't he pass me through to the parts department direct? He told me that he was the one who was in charge of the emails and phones and would forward my email to the parts department. I sent a short but basic email and had no reply. Realising that the short email probably didn't give enough information, I tried again two days later. Still no reply, not even an acknowledgement that the email had been received, and none since. I have since found the belt needed with another company, and have received it already.
.....Update after receiving your reply. Firstly, my email to you, wasn't from the mail address I'm registered on trustpilot with, just look for any versions of my first name in part of the email address.
Second, the first email, which I used, using the direct link on your webpage, went to uk-td at (high temperature letters getting past the email blocker) not your company email. The second email, which I typed in manually, went to dirtypro etc. You may need to get your security on your Web page checked.
Third, you replied to this review, much faster than any replies you didn't make, showing that your email is working. Your customer service person did also tell me he would call me back, which he obviously didn't. Therefore I still think your customer service stinks.

I had a minor problem with a garden…
I had a minor problem with a garden sprayer purchased via ebay. Communication by messaging was responsve and positive with the problem being solved by a replacement part being sent by 1st class post.

I recently purchased a workshop kit which arrived in good time at a good cost. Item very slightly damaged by courier. I made contact and was immediately offered a replacement or a significant partial refund which I accepted and was paid very promptly. I would certainly use this company again without any worry.

Customer service is non existent
Customer service is non existent, emailed several times and dont bother to reply. Also difficult to actually speak with them too. And I have saved all my emails I sent, at least three, sent to the customer service email on the website.

Went above and beyond to help
I purchased 2 sofa sets from Dirty Pro Tools around 18 months ago and they were delivered quickly and were of great quality. However, my cat took his frustration out on one of the arm rests, damaging it in the process.
I contacted Dirty Pro Tools and explained the situation hoping there was a way to replace the arm rest. Tom at Dirty Pro Tools was a complete star and looked in to this odd issue and worked to get me a replacement arm rest.
This was an issue that was not their problem in the slightest and they still went above and beyond to assist me with my cat created issue. For that, they have impressed with their excellent customer service and after sales support. Tom deserves a pay rise and annual leave for his exceptional customer care.
I would highly recommend Dirty Pro Tools and I will look to purchase from them again should I have any other requirements.

SHOCKINGLY BAD INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Ordered a cement mixer which was good quality but the instruction manual is SHOCKINGLY BAD!!!!! The mixers design has obviously been updated so now the instructions have little relevance omitting whole sections of the build and use alternative components. The diagrams are also so small you can’t see components and their intended orientation.

Fast delivery, great product.
Recently bought a Mig, stick and Tig welder from these guys. Service was great and delivery was fast in a secure package. The welder is well made and so far with my tentative steps to re learn my welding skills all is good. Great value. Thanks all involved.
