Vik was fantastic, gave an informative and down to earth service. He arranged for us to see the vehicle the very next day, give it a test drive, and took the time to answer all our questions - of which there were many! The whole process was pressure and stress free. I'd gladly recommend Direct Vehicles Ltd.

Since I've purchased my car for my son, I have told my family friends colleagues about Direct Vehicles Ltd. From the first call I made to meeting Vik - I was impressed. They had a great selection of vehicles to choose from and the prices were right. I was able to test drive and look over cars without feeling pressured. Overall it was the best car buying experience I’ve had and the customer service was excellent. Not may companies will deliver to your door. I bought a beautiful my Mercedes from this car dealer today and although I had an issue with it, Viktor (the owner who also happens to be a very nice person) helped me sort it out quickly and at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend this place. Excellent customer service!

I bought a Nissan Quashqai in Jan. We just turned up as me & my husband were in the area, and Vik was so welcoming. He provided me with all the information I needed, we had a drive around in the vehicle and it was such a smooth process; the car was immaculate to. It was such a nice experience compared to experiences we had previously visiting other garages. There was no pressure from Vik, we felt welcomed, the Indian tea was a special touch, and we were given a very reasonable price to. I would definitely recommend Direct Vehicles to friends and family.

I needed a nissan micra for my niece I spoke to Vic who was selling one and he was excellent over the phone explained everything about the car got me a 2 year warranty for the car at a fair price and delivered to east sussex on a 250 mile journey honestly what more could I ask for and a real pleasure to meet in person. I would definitely buy again. And 5 star service all the way.

I have just purchased a Q7 from Vik.
He was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable. Viewed the car, went for a test drive, showed and explained how different things worked on the car. I left a deposit that day and Vik delivered the car the next day. You can’t get better service than that. Highly recommended would use again in the future. Top service.

I have just purchased my 3rd vehiacle from this firm. A peurgeot for my uncle a while back a van that is complient for clean zone charges 4 week ago and last week a golf tdi for my mum. So far i cant really complain about any vehiacle as they have been sound enen though the latter i have just baught. Hes a friendly lad not like some devious guys. Id say try him

Forget buying a car from anybody else! Vik was so incredibly friendly, helpful, calming and insightful throughout the entire process, I wouldn’t want to buy a car from anybody else. It was such a pleasure doing business with Vik that I’d be more than happy to recommend him to absolutely anyone.
I’m certain there’ll be no issues with the vehicle but I know if there was I’d be able to get it sorted with help from Vik.

A very pleasant experience had. From start to finish. Firstly Vic is so welcoming and friendly, doesn't mind going the extra mile for you. He kept me updated about everything and helped me sort finance for my car. I have only had the car a day but so far the car is exactly as advertised, I have every faith though that if anything does occur (cars will be cars) within the 3 month warranty that Vic will sort it promptly.
