Item was exactly as advertised, arrived promptly

Scammers. 76 year old mum ordered 2 hose pipes through Wowcher from this company which just fell off the reel!! Absolute rubbish.
Went through Wowcher who gave me label to send back which I did.
Didn't get refund, have been chasing wowcher and Direct2public ever since, MONTHS, said they can't find them!!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF
Will be doing seperate review on Wowcher RIP OFF CON MEN.

Great bit of kit (Sliding hammers) good quality, and an excellent price. Deliverd on time.

Item was OOS after I had ordered. On the plus side they did send a text to apologise and I was refunded quickly. Just disappointed as I have been searching for this item for quite some time .

I was not happy receiving an ironing board with a cover I did not order and requested to either be given the correct item or get a refund.

I was advised to return the ironing board. So I selected for a collection (being disabled) and waited all day despite receiving confirmation that it would be collected.

I have asked customer service to help with ensuring another collection, if I find that this issue continues to drag beyond three weeks, I will call my bank and dispute the payment. A complete waste of my time and energy.

I will never recommend just i wast money.

Everything was broken/opened. Just a lot of cr*p tbh. Tried emailing and calling them for a refund and they hung up on me and never replied to my email. Do not purchase from them!!

No communication when i try to phone them they dont respond some of their phone numbers are not recognised i have been waiting now for three days for my item to arrive and still waiting ( order number 50129098 item number 61631808) certainly not impressed with this company .

Delivery was quick and I was very impressed by the product

I have ordered Dashcam. Arrived early but faulty and not brand new it’s been used before has scratches z front and back. Which is very disappointing never had that bad experience before still waiting for problem to be resolved. Got email will get back to you in 24hrs I hope I will have my money back.

Paid extra for next day delivery, first they emailed to say it m was dispatched, then they emailed saying slight delays, only to completly stop responding via email. Then item turns up a week later. The item itself is very poor quality l, I haven't used it nor do I intend to. Avoid at all cost

Resolved issue with damaged item within 24hrs

Unfortunately my items were out of stock. The problem was I wasn't informed at point of ordering, waited over a week for delivery and to date, another week later, ive still not received my money back

The company itself was great communication was great but the service was let down by the courier.My order was stuck with EVRI/Hermes from 31/7/25 until 06/08/25 with no communication from them

Lists Items for Sale that they don't have stock of and hides that fact from you for over a week, before they REFUND YOU!

They are brilliant
I went to collect and had to pay cash (only pay cash when coming for collection) which is a minus, but I can't fault the cheap price and quality of what I bought.
I'll defo come again

Absolutely love the ottoman, got one in brown & black, customer service was brilliant too, thank you 😁

Still waiting for delivery one week on. I'm beginning to doubt that the delivery will be made at all.

Perhaps direct2public should consider a different delivery service to Evri.
