I am writing to express my severe disappointment regarding the quality of handbag purchase and the subsequent, completely unacceptable customer service experience concerning the necessary repair.
Despite the luxury price point and expectation of superior craftsmanship, the metal chain attached to the bag broke due to apparent poor material quality and mechanical failure in 2 years after purchasing/during moderate use. This suggests a significant defect in the hardware provided by Dior.
Upon returning the damaged bag to the boutique/sending it to the repair center, I was given a quote for the replacement of the single metal chain. I was quoted a cost of 300£ when the original purchase price of the entire handbag was 1000£
Charging such an exorbitant fee for the replacement of one defective component is unjustified and insulting to a loyal customer. This pricing model demonstrates a fundamental lack of value for customers and disrespect for the investment we make in your brand. When a core component fails due to poor quality, the repair cost should reflect, at minimum, a warranty adjustment or a reasonable component price, not 30% of the entire item's value.
The staff handling this matter were unhelpful and unwilling to explore any reasonable solution, standing firm on the excessive repair cost despite the clear quality issue. This experience has severely damaged my faith in Dior's commitment to standing behind its products.
Due to this severe disappointment in product longevity and the truly unjustified repair quote, I cannot in good conscience recommend purchasing items from Dior. I have resolved that I will not be a repeat customer.
Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. I have a concealer leaking. Was supposed to get a replacement, but been waiting +3 weeks. No response any longer on email. Called 3 times, got promised to get emails, which I don't get and then I spoke to her and she said that she actually didn't have any rights at all to send a replacement. I said the concealer is in fact leaking and that it's all over tiktok if you just search on it. She said it can be "fake news", even though there's multiple people saying the same thing.
The one I spoke to was Isadora, Swedish customer service (english-speaking person)
Dior! Abysmal!
I ordered this item online and it mentioned next day delivery..... the next email was this asking me for feedback when NO order ever arrived.
I called the customer support who in a very pleasant manner informed me that my order had been cancelled manually but no one informed me. Of course the item is no longer in stock. Of course I was charged and never refunded when the order was cancelled.
Basically had I not called, I would have never got the order and still been charged.
Excellent care, Dior! Excellent stock check and ordering process online! You should be very proud!

I would advise customers to check their order in the presence of the delivery person if possible and take photographic evidence of any damage. I received an order that was well packaged and had no visible signs of external damage to the outer packaging. On opening the product box, the bottle had cracked and the contents leaked out, but was contained within the inner product box. I contacted Dior to advise and provided photos but they dismissed my complaint on the grounds it was impossible for it to have been broken prior to dispatch and therefore I must have broken it.
I found their response to be very dismissive and upsetting to be deemed a liar, in their view.
Good professional Customer care team.

Decline in quality of reward program
I have been a platinum member of the reward program for three years now . The general service from Dior has considerably declined in my opinion. Even when I have purchased large ordered I have not been given samples as store staff advise they aren’t sent any. On one purchase they didn’t even have bags . The quality of the reward gifts have also declined, when I raised with Dior they offered to send an alternative which I chased considerably until they sent two samples , which was disappointing . I have just had the surprise gift tote bag which hasn’t even come in a Dior box . I know these may seem like like things but if Dior are not going to offer the service they promote this is wrong . I spend £1000s in Dior each year and have always advocated for the brand .
I don’t think I can do this any more , it’s a shame as the Platinum level of the reward program used to be very good . I will be looking at others brands in the future
Expected and deserved more!
As a platinum tier customer I expected more, I placed a large and expensive order and added my platinum loyalty gift. When it arrived the platinum gift was missing. I contacted customer service who questioned me endlessly as if I was a criminal, disbelieving me and being quite rude to me about it. I can afford to purchase an actual Dior handbag with no problem, why would I feel the need to pretend I didn’t receive the free tote bag of all things, wake up Dior as it’s not the item itself but the principle of the thing that matters! Eventually they agreed to resend the gift but days later they still haven’t. I just called again and was spoken to as if I was making it up, I’m now told that it is being looked into and that they won’t send a new one until the relevant department has given their authority to do so. All they need to do is look at the tiny package left on my door step (despite me giving instructions not to do so) as they’ll be able to tell that it definitely wouldn’t of fitted in there. My advice to Dior is to sort out your incompetent warehouse staff, re train your customer service team and pay attention to the vast array of negative feedback you’ve managed to amass so far as your loyal customers could soon be going elsewhere. You are sending a very clear message to your customer base that you simply don’t care enough about them and that your loyalty rewards offer is a farce.
Total Scam
I placed a £705 order for pickup and never received it. Within 5 minutes of the “ready to collect” email, tracking already showed “collected” — yet my QR code was never scanned and I never got the parcel.
For weeks Dior has repeated the same line: “DPD confirms collection” but provided no proof. No QR log, no ID check, no CCTV. Just empty words.
Their staff even told me a replacement was raised, then denied it in writing. I’ve been given contradictions, false promises, and total disregard.
For a so-called luxury brand, this has been disgraceful. Dior has caused me nothing but stress and anxiety, and still refuses to resolve the matter.
Faulty sunglasses
Please don't buy anything from Dior. They arranged for UPS to pick up faulty sunglasses from me and then said they weren't in the box. They know because of the weight of the parcel at UPS and that it was lighter when it got to Dior that they went missing between the two of them but they won't give me a refund. What a company to be dealing with.

Itam looks different then on the website
I am really disappointed with my latest purchase from Dior. Please see photos of the product on the website and photo of what I have received.
Completely different logo that if changed it should be updated on website and is almost impossible to see the name that they charge £10 to engrave . Apparently Dior customer service advisor Paul doesn't see a difference between those two.
I would have been happy with a refund of the engrave or some discount of the next purchase and I would have leave it at that but even that wasn't offered to me by Paul.
So that's why I decided to leave my opinion on the product that I have received.

Never leave reviews but after discovering the Dior Forever Foundation Stick I have finally found the foundation of my dreams. It glides in ( no brush needed), is buildable and so longlasting. Fantastic for a handbag, to use as a concealer and the best ever for travelling. Not cheap at £48 but SO WORTH IT. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Finally i reached gold status witj dior online..i never recieved a silver stais bday gift after 6 months of trying to claim it at house of fraser in glasgow always no gifys in stock.,,i emailed dior to this effect also enquirinf as to why i did not recieve a gold welcone gify..i got an email saying they would dispatch a gift then hot an email saying i was mot entiteked to a gold bday gift..not what i wad quering..and my gift had neen rejected and that i had redeemed a siver bday gift from house of fraser whicj i most certainly did not i felt like a fraud and a theif!i did not redeem this gift best they offered was a promo code for a minatuare withu next purchase..its not the actual gift but the principal..shame on you Dior..will nevet order from them again

I think Dior beauty customer service is probably the best and most professional I have ever witnessed in my life.
I contacted them through whatsapp and they helped me with my my loyalty gift and Zoulikha organised a free delivery to me as I don’t have any local Dior stores.

I have been using Dior Parfumes for years now and have ordered plenty of times directly from the website.
Recently I placed an order for an Esprit Oud Ispahan Perfume total value of £380 for an 80ML bottle …. And I was not sent the actual perfume …
I received the miniatures and the complementary make up pouch in a box that has no space even to fit the perfume - but the actual perfume was not included …
Really disappointing because Dior won’t replace the missing item and they won’t return my money ….
It s clear that the “atelier” which is a warehouse made a huge mistake and now that cost me quite a lot of money !
Don’t ordered online , customer service is frankly rubbish and really ineffective. (Apparently they investigated my issue and came to the conclusion that they sent all the items - when in fact they didn’t )
My item arrived damaged
My item arrived damaged. Instead of sending a new one out, I was told, after showing them over 10 images of the product, to package it and send it back. I am not a fully able person and this is difficult for me as I don’t have a DPD depot near me. I told them I couldn’t send the product back and they said they couldn’t help me. I now have a defective product that I have to give as a present.

Dior has very poor customer service. I received a defective item, called them few times, emailed them few times and I was fooled by them saying the broken item is just a complimentary item so they are not replacing it. I was told at first to send the whole make up set, which I did but now they are not refunding nor replacing the items and gave me a mini lipstick gift code to take which has no value.(i did not take) I raised a complaint and asked for their complaint procedure but they never acted on it. This is the worst big brand ive ever encountered. They do not value customers when things go wrong.They are rubbish! Do not support DIOR.
