Horrible Dior Scam!!! (Help)
The following is an email we sent to a Dior official.
If you read this, you will know the terrible things I have been through.
Dior simply replies that they would be unable to override the decision of the warehouse.

I bought this handbag as a birthday present for my wife. However, my wife didn't like the color of the bag so I had wanted to repurchase a black one after returning it.
But it came back to me again because the warehouse insisted the bag was not in perfect condition. The problem is that the bag returned to me is not the one I sent. This bag appears to have been used. The handle of the bag had scratches, all protective films were peeled off, and the packaging of the strap was also peeled off. The pockets in the bag were stretched out. And the color of the white bag had faded. It is a bag that has been used for a long time just by looking at it. Even there was no authenticity card and three badges in the returned package.
I've only had this bag for 10 days, can it be turned into this old condition? I returned my handbag in perfect condition as it was when I received it. The returned bag is not mine. I am sure the warehouse sent me the wrong one.
I want to know who inspected my handbag. And I request the recorded video of your employees opening the package I sent, inspecting it, and sending it to me back. If you can't show me the video, you won't be able to prove that you didn't swap bags in the warehouse. Dior must not stand by. Please conduct a thorough investigation into this issue.
I have already posted this case on an online site. Unfortunately, I found out that there are several people like me. And in the future, I plan to post this issue on the other major sites. Dior must be aware of this absurdity that often occurs in warehouses.
I strongly insist on either returning the bag to me in the same condition I sent you or a full refund for the bag.
The look of the bag I received was that it had a protective film in perfect condition, was packaged in a pretty gift box and contained an authenticity cards and three badges.
It is terribly disappointing that this has happened to the world-famous luxury brand Dior. I ask for a thorough investigation so that a victim like me does not happen again.
I want a direct reply from the Supervisor at Dior headquarters.

Customer No-Service
I ordered a small $60 bottle of Dior Sauvage
Eau de Toilette. I only used, not even half of one spray on my arm to try it, and realized that I made a mistake. It smelled awful. Their return policy is clearly stated, and I followed it to the letter, returning my order well within the 30 days of receipt, in the original packaging,etc. It's been two weeks now since they received my return, no refund, not even a response from anyone at Dior. I tried calling customer service numerous times, never made it past the long hold times, to actually speak to a human. I do realize ultimately that I'm the one that chose to purchase this cologne from them, and there was nothing wrong with it, as far as the bottle being broken or half empty or anything, but one of the main reasons I decided to buy it was that if I didn't like it, I could return for a full refund. It smells terrible! I do not like to return things I purchase, and I don't make a habit of it.
This was my first time ordering anything from Dior, and I really didn't want to start things off with a return, as I planned on being a repeat customer. Treating even the small purchase customers right should be of a high priority for such a famous well established company, I would think?
Awful customer seevice experience
I have been loyal customer if Dior for years and never thought that such reputable company would have the WORST customer service for purchased merchandise.
I have received Book Tote 13 Jan 2022, 14 January i have requested return of this bag as i didn like it. The bag was returned within 24h and Dior already had it in its possession 20 Jan (6 days!)
Dior never contacted me and several times i reached out i was told my bag was received and refund will be processed.
31 Jan i finally called Dior again just to be told that apparently the bag they received was slightly used but acknowledged the tag was still attached and they cant accept return!!
How convenient for Dior to have this bag in possession for almost 2 weeks and than suddenly claim
They received it slightly used while I had it only for 24 hours till
It was picked up for return.
The customer service to deal is AWHUL!! I cant reach management team

P.S. After conducting research regarding DIOR return and customer service, apparently Its a COMMON PRACTICE for DIOR to send merchandise and than not except it stating it was used or worn and not process refund.

My experience with Dior has been horrible! I purchased sneakers before Christmas time and had followed up with them multiple times about the return because it was taking so long but apparently their policy is 14 business days because they have to inspect everything. I’ve never seen a company like this but they blamed it on the holidays. I mean other stores are the same being short right now but they do not need 14 days to “verify it’s their product” I finally got an email today exactly a month later that they rejected my return because “the sole was dirty” I had not ever worn these shoes only to try them on for less than a minute. And I told them this and she asks me where I tried them on and I said my living room floor which is clean! After getting nowhere with anyone I asked for a manager who was in a meeting apparently. She did call back but leave no message and when I called back was in another meeting and they asked what was a good time to call me back. They never did so I called again. The manager who I spoke to told me they are not changing their mind on the decision. I had no proof of what it actually looked like now and what they were seeing because i know what I returned to them. I had brought these shoes in to a boutique to return because they carry the same shoes. The boutique mailed them back to Dior and Dior received them on December 22 two days after I went to the boutique to return and just now telling me they are returning them back to me because they failed the quality control. I said do you guys just not do returns because they are brand new! I was so frustrated and upset because I’ve never been treated so badly and I never complain or even write reviews! This one definitely needs to be known so it doesn’t happen to someone else. The manager told me online is different and has different standards for returns which is ridiculous. Where can I return things in person? I already commuted into your one store in Boston. I said so if it was in such bad condition why would she have taken it back in store? They’re probably dirty from sitting in your ware house for a month! Nothing makes any sense they just do not want to give you your money back. An order before they had previously double charged me, and another order was not sent the way it was advertised but they had the nerve to tell me I did not send the product back in good condition so they cannot process my return. The first person I talked too couldn’t even tell me why it was rejected. I asked for a reason and she couldn’t give me one. Apparently everyone knew about my case because I called in multiple times yet no one would even see my side just say “sorry I understand” and they do not or care. It’s funny they already shipped it to return to me yet it took them a whole month to even look at it when I sent out. I had ordered something after and they sent it immediately. They will take your money in a second but refuse to return it. This store is a scam. They will make you feel like you are wrong. Apparently I needed to take picture of the shoes before I sent them and wish I did because they accused me of wearing them. Iam now out $1100 because they told me my shoes were worn when I know I never wore them. Like someone else said it’s your word against there’s and they don’t want to give you your money back. Please do not buy or support them, I never will again. Horrible business.

Worst return handling ever. A 3000.00 bag return the next day, refused return because a returned tag was not attached. WHAT RETURNED TAG. They make excuses . This is a joke. Every steps was followed to T. This is a company to avoid by all means.

Would give negative stars if I could. Provided UPS returns labels as their nominated carrier. UPS lost the parcel worth £800 and now a month on I’m still no closer to getting my refund despite having all the proof of collection from my end. Would expect better service from my corner shop let alone a world famous luxury brand. Utter disgrace, have provided 0 help in getting the situation resolved and have stated they cannot confirm I’ll receive a refund as they’ve not received the item back. Not really my issue when they advised me to use UPS collection, surely this is for them to pick up with the carrier? Absolute joke.
