Terrible no customer service they…

Terrible no customer service they routinely lie about exchange policy never refund regardless of circumstances spent 300k plus first issue on defective item couldn’t even exchange after one week. Was talked to in abusive manner by horrible manager at crystals location in Las Vegas Jenn. Told they didn’t care about us anymore !! Corporate stunningly tells me the stores may do “ whatever they wish “ And have no corporate oversight. Filled complaint anyway and then this “ Jenn “ says corporate asked her why she even was dealing with us at all !!!! Horrible brand no customer service owned by one billionaire with no oversight plenty of other brands care. Gucci Louis Vuitton Robert Graham dolce gabanna all have shown great customer care and I’ve spent far less with them ! Stop buying dior

Customer service is non-existent for…

Customer service is non-existent for their cosmetics line and this also applies to their chat online service. I’ve also written emails and have yet to receive a response. I did not receive the additional samples or promotional materials listed if I purchased the amount they listed. It’s been irritating to say the least that you would expect more from a company that is supposed to be higher end. It sounds like their call line just keeps hanging up or restarting the wait time. Will not purchase cosmetics or perfume from them again. Also, my purchases aren’t even noted for their loyalty program.

I have reached platinum level in the loyalty program for over 6 months i have been waiting for all of these luxury gifts. I have not gotten any for reaching platinum or on my birthday. I reached out twice via email and one instant message and I still have not received the gifts I earned spending over $1000 in beauty products. feel scammed

The rewards program is managed very poorly. Received only welcome gift when became platinum, the rest of the listed benefits/gifts is never available. Customer service does not even respond to emails. Shame on dior for such a poor execution.

I got my order but unfortunately I din’t receive the complementary travel size Sauvage Elixir neither the 2 complementary trial sizes promised on orders over $100… I really wanted to try the Elixir before I buy a bigger size and that was the only reason I ordered direct. Very disappointed about that. I don't understand why do you do that...

Been A Loyalty Program with Dior , everything good until I reach Platinum level , I have call , Email for lots of time but never send out my Birthday gift that they are should give out to customer on their birthday. I feel like I bother them. So no more Dior for me when you treat your customer like a joke

Warning: Dior has their way to cancel your return

Horrible customer service. I can not believe how Dior could tell my return had an odor that was caused by me after Dior received my return 21 days. Don't you think Dior should tell the customer right away if the return has any problem? How do I know what happened in those 21 days (after Dior received it)? But I was blamed. Dior canceled my return. To be honest,
I didn't try it on at all, I just opened the package and took a look at it when I received it, and put it back in about 30 seconds.

First and Last Purchase from Dior

Purchased the Bee Bracelet from Dior and received it 2 weeks ago. I don’t play sports or go rock climbing, I work in an office, and within 2 weeks, one of the stones has fallen out and the CD initial has fallen off. Dior jewelry quality is junk and I’ll stick with Givenchy. Lesson learned. I wish I could upload pictures.

I really enjoyed surfing on the site…

I really enjoyed surfing on the site because it includes lots of pictures and most items have many reviews on them. My only problem really was figuring out my size, so it would be nice if the website helped out in sharing the equivalent sizes in different countries rather than just giving measurements but other than that, my experience shopping was great and I wanted to buy everything to be honest 🙂

They don’t care

They don’t care. If you use this company and things go wrong. DO NOT expect them to help. One of their staff or the delivery service they use have stolen sunglasses out of the parcel. When i got to the door to take the parcel the driver was already back in the van and making a swift exit before I had realised it was an empty box. Do they care. No they DO NOT. £360 down and still no sunglasses. Dior and UPS should be ashamed of themselves. Disgusting customer service from both.
