The dine club app needs updating
The restaurant honoured the savings for us but told us they were no longer a part of the dine club. They were the third restaurant we called through the app. The first had closed permanently while the second told us they were not a member of the club

Through my call I found out that my membership has been extended by a further year & I needed to log off & log back in again to receive current membership information. Result, looking forward to our 50% off meal on Wednesday evening. Thank you Dine 😊

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - they are CONNING us! For months I have continuously been telling them of numerous places that do not accept Dine cards but they have done NOTHING and still list them on their app!

Had an email extending my membership for free! Emailed dineclub (who got back to me the same day) requesting a new membership card with the new renewal date. No problem was the reply will be in the post. Great customer service, great savings, what is not to like.

Recently got a free trial membership…
Recently got a free trial membership for 2 months. Downloaded app and tried to book 2 Indian restaurants and 2 pubs whilst on holiday. All venues informed me that they no longer accept dine card yet are still listed on the app.
Tried several other venues and they were closed indefinitely.
Dine club is misleading customers by not keeping an up-to-date website with a list of restaurants that are open and will accept the card

We rely on restaurants informing us when they no longer wish to participate and I can confirm that any restaurants that have been in touch to cancel, we have removed. Please could you send the names of the restaurants that you tried to redeem your Dine offer at to enquiries@dineclub.co.uk so that we can then get in touch with the restaurants in order to gain some clarity on the situation.
WORST COMPANY AS A RESTAURANT
I’m tired of this company, as a Restaurant never sing in with them or taste card. I signed with taste card in 2017 and start to realised we wont make any money giving 50% to our costumers, so I tried to get out 3 months later. Every time I called they told me I need it 3 months notice, I said ok, took me 1 year and many calls in tears to take us down from the website, then we discover we are in another 2 other taste card companies websites without our permission, one of them dine in and barclays club. I called and again 3 months notice, took me about another year and many many calls to be free from them, and today 2020 August I just google my restaurant and what a surprise we are offering 25% in dine in EVERY DAY not even Tuesday to Thursday like we sign in at the beginning with taste card. We lost a lot of money because of this company, because each time a customer show up we need it to honour the discount BECAUSE WE ARE IN DINE IN WEBSITE STILL.
Avoid as a Restaurant at all cost!!!!! Its terrible.

Really good service guys!!!
The great guys at dineclub gave me an extra 12 months extension to my membership but i had lost my card and could not remember my password either. But with no fuss and in really fast time they have sorted both these problems out for me. Just hope I can get out to eat out now. Cheers
