I completed the masters program, everything was great up until my thesis, they carried out online webinars which had about 10 minutes max of actual useful info per webinar. I gave up watching in the end. I found it stressful as if i had any problems they could take 2 or 3 weeks to get a response, if at all.

I passed the course, I’ve been waiting months to get my certificate. I’ve been told the same thing for months, I’m very frustrated. I was promised a free course, which was meant to be added to my profile close to a month ago still hasn’t been added.

Overall i would not recommend this course or company.

I recently had a little discrepancy with a payment I made, so I emailed my concerns. Being a large company I wasn't expecting a resolution for my situation, I just wanted to make sure it didn't happen again.

But to my surprise, Alison from the DMI was amazing, kept in contact and escalated my case, which has now been resolved. Very happy and grateful. Thank you!

I recently completed and passed the DMI Pro AMA course exam, and I am certainly grateful for having taken the course. As someone new to the marketing/digital marketing world, this course really helped establish a solid foundation of understanding for me. The course is very thorough, and although I will likely still need help with some things as I am growing, I feel much more confident in what I am doing due to the breadth of understanding that the course and its instructors provided. The DMI support team was also incredible - shout out to Mariam in particular. They always helped answer any inquiries I had and were kind and patient in the process. Definitely would recommend this course if you're new to the industry and want to develop your foundational understanding!

As a tenured professional, but unfamiliar with the granular details of digital marketing, I found the modules informative - the study guides were particularly helpful especially as work commitments constrain the amount of time I was able to spend watching the modules. I learned alot and plan to continue my learning journey. Passing the exam and receive the CDMP certification and PCM certification was very rewarding!

I purchased the Strategy and Planning course. I didn't learn anything new from this course. The course is unnecessarily lengthy, repetitive, and tedious. When I spoke to the salesperson before purchasing the course, he said I'd get live interaction and a class forum. The class forum is completely blank. Most of the instructors only gave examples of British companies which was not relatable at all for a North American student, or they would be able to give examples only related to one particular industry that they'd have experience in, e.g. Richie only gave examples from the Insurance industry. Some simple terms were explained in the most lengthy and complex way unnecessarily. I study every year to stay relevant and fresh, but unfortunately, this course has been the biggest waste of money and the worst course I have ever attended. Thoroughly disappointing experience.

I just completed the Digital Marketing Expert certification and had a good experience. The lecture content of the course was sold, although a bit basic at times (this may not be everyone's experience; I have worked in marketing and web/digital space for many years so had prior exposure to concepts). The assignments were very comprehensive and required much more work than I anticipated. The grading of assignments was fair, in my opinion and feedback from assessors was useful. One are that I struggled with was balancing the course with my demanding full-time job and an young family, so be prepared for that challenge if you are in a similar situation.

Withdrawal experience, unfortunately had to withdraw from a course and despite initial communications being slow, once I was handed over to Niamh Halpenny my issue was handled swiftly and I was kept regularly updated. I hope to do a course with the DMI in the future.

Great course! Truly recommended. Supportive academic team, relevant content material. A challenging experience but a rewarding one indeed. Get ready to commit time for studying but the support is there constantly. Ultimately, a positive learning experience.

Save your money & give this “institution” a wide berth. The lack of direction given by this so called educational body is astounding considering the costs involved.

For a proper digital marketing educational experience I would encourage prospective students to look at a proper, more recognised university body that makes their students a priority, not a CASH COW that the DMI regards their current students.

From my own personal experience the DMI is all about digital marketing to benefit the DMI coffers at the expense of their students.

Most if the theory was pretty basic, youtube 101 stuff.

It's tedious to listen to and the "expert" course seemed more built for beginners.

I paused the course because I was too busy and it was adding zero value with no masters course announced yet.

I was told there is a masters program coming along and the credits earned will play a role in advancing me in that if I did expert as a basis....it apparently does not.

Despite pausing I was hounded to finish and pay too. And when I asked if I could move the payment from the Expert to the post-grad or masters they called, spoke to me, said they would get back and have since ghosted me.

I followed up and have yet to get a reply.

Not a great course if you're qualified. I won't look at people who have been certified by this institute the same.

They are also ALWAYS running promos. So there's no actual urgency, it's just sales.

If I could give a lower star rating I would. Avoid at all costs. Customer support is non existent and when a response is received they are rude and not helpful, essentially saying the student is at fault despite evidence being provided that Pearson Vue revoked my exam in error after the proctor requested I move items around my exam set up which is clearly documented in the video recording and provided to DMI. Then saying I have to pay to take the exam again. All seems like a money making scam. There are other providers of this course that you would be better to study at.
