The Adapting to Digital course at WSX has completely changed my approach to growing my young, small business during such a difficult economic and social climate. The new skills that the consultants (notably David Taylor) were able to share and develop with me over the 1-2-1 sessions were invaluable and beyond informative including a vast range of free seminars via the website. Each session is catered and focused entirely on your business performance and how to ensure future viability and optimise advertising, communication and marketing online. This has given me the confidence to evolve my business in to new areas of digital operations and reach new, target audiences. Together with creating a new business plan to tackle the changing high street and our online engagement. Sessions on Social Media Content were particularly useful as new business owner. This is a FREE, convenient, compact business course with an experienced team of specialists and a fantastic opportunity available to all businesses in Essex. Thank you for the advice, support, funding and encouragement for small business owners who have been impacted by the devastating affects of COVID-19.

WSX Enterprise were excellent in supporting us through adapting to digital and providing some fantastic resources to help us along the way. We managed to secure a grant for adapting to digital which has helped us purchase a licence for the CRM we wanted.
