Communication was always clear, everything was handled smoothly, and they were very accommodating whenever we had questions or needed to make changes. It genuinely felt like working with a team that cared about getting the best result for us. I’d happily work with 8 Group again and would definitely recommend them.

We have used the 8 Group for three of our charity appeals and other supporter communications. The process has been smooth and without the GDPR errors we experienced with our previous mailing house. Highly recommend!
