I was able to get one of my favorite vinyl from DiggersFactory! The customer service agents, Léa and Léna, helped me through the process of getting vinyl.

Happy that I decided to order the vinyl from them.

I've pre-ordered several vinyl releases through Diggers and they have always been excellent and delivered promptly.

The Vulfmon Vulfnik LP was originally ordered through Qrates who went under after pressing the records. They sat in a warehouse for 2 years and no one could get their orders. Miraculously, Diggers and Jack were able to work out a deal to retrieve all the vinyl and have started shipping them out. I and many other fans had given up hope of ever seeing this pressing but Diggers Factory saved the day! Thank you Diggers!

I had a problem with a package and when they confirmed that the mistake was from their part, they refunded me the full amount. Always nice and professional!

I received a warped vinyl record, which was clearly damaged. However, the customer support team responded quickly and kindly throughout the process. They asked for a video to assess the damage, and when a replacement seemed unlikely due to stock issues, they went the extra mile to locate a copy from their Hong Kong warehouse and sent it as a replacement. The communication was professional, warm, and genuinely helpful. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Great and fast response in relation to a Vulfnik Rescue mission.

Everything arrived safe and well. But also customer service was excellent at keeping me up to date on some lengthy delivery time lines. I always felt that my precious artist merch order was in safe hands.

I've had nothing but a stellar experience for several years with Diggers Factory. Their communication is stellar and if you ever have an issue, they make it right quickly. The few times a record has arrived with even slight damage, the record was replaced quickly without a lot of hassle.
Everyone in CS has always been kind and quick to respond, but Mélodie recently stood above the rest in providing additional details around my order related to the Vulfmon Rescue Mission. Keep crushing it Diggers and i'll keep buying!

I'm giving 1 star just because of my whole experience thus far. I had never purchased anything from here before but my favorite band was doing limited edition signed vinyls through them. My mom decided to get it for me as a Christmas gift. The order was a pre-order yes, but after not hearing anything for a while I started to get nervous because this was a nearly $70 purchase. When I inquired I got a snippy response that said I agreed that this was a preorder when I purchased. There'a like no communication in terms of tracking so longer and longer without hearing anything and they finally send out something that these are finally going to ship and they will send shipping info when it does. Then nothing again for months. Finally, during this time i went through the entire process of buying a house and literally I am about to move into it so I inquire about this vinyl again. They tell this time that my address came up invalid (never happens with anything else) and so they never sent it 😑 and they just weren't about to reach out about that? Bottom line, to me the service is pretty poor honestly. It would probably help if they took the intiative to communicate better.
