Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent. I had a query about an item that was out of stock but available soon. I received a personal email letting me know the item was back in stock as well as a generic “notify me” email. All the products are packaged with care and arrived really promptly.

Diffords - at the heart of every great covktsil
I'm not an experienced or professional barman - more of a discerning drinker, but have recently stated serving drinks at my venue.
I follow Diffords closely and use the method, ingredients and equipment ( the jigger is indispensable!)
The results have been fantastic - customers staring that they're the best cocktails they've ever had - and they're a discerning bunch.

Top notch

I love that I can reasearch cocktails and then buy the ingredients, quickly, well packaged and at good pricing. I'm not a bar professional so I enjoy seeing which recipes are liked by others and give them a try.

Great Service
Product offered at a competitive price. When there was a problem with the order the company offered great service and resolved the issue within 48 hours and then rang to check all was ok. A great service and much appreciated.

Anyone who knows cocktails should be familiar with the fantastic Difford's Guide website for recipes, reviews, advice, and the Difford's shop seems like a handy resource for tracking down obscure ingredients etc. My first transaction on the site went down smoothly with no bitter aftertaste!
