Nulla da dire sulla macchina, ma la modalità di noleggio è poco chiara. Sul sito (tramite broker) ho noleggiato una macchina ( media/suv piccolo), all'arrivo in aeroporto la sorpresa. Il noleggio acquistato con inclusa la casko in realtà ha delle franchigie altissime e non copre nulla! Nemmeno il soccorso stradale! Al bancone mi dicono che per avere la copertura devo pagare il DOPPIO di quanto era nel preventivo. Da poco più di 40 euro sono arrivato a quasi 90 euro al giorno. Se dovete noleggiare l'auto con loro state molto attenti e leggete ogni singola riga dei diversi fogli di contratto.

Diffidate di questa società per il noleggio di un veicolo.

Abbiamo prenotato un’auto tramite il motore di ricerca Doyouitaly, scegliendo l’opzione più economica, offerta da Differental, alla quale abbiamo aggiunto un’assicurazione totale per coprire qualsiasi eventualità durante il periodo di noleggio offerta da Doyouitaly (noleggio + assicurazione 290 euro), consapevole che al momento del noleggio, il noleggiatore (Differental) avrebbe bloccato sulla nostra carta di credito la somma di 700 euro a titolo cauzionale.

Al nostro arrivo all’agenzia per il ritiro, il personale di Differental (Olbia) ha rifiutato di accettare la nostra carta di credito, intestata al conducente principale, adducendo al fatto che, siccome la carta era contemporaneamente sia di credito che di debito, non veniva accettata dal sistema, problema mai verificatosi usando la stessa carta con altri autonoleggi. . Non ci è stata nemmeno data la possibilità di usare il sistema di pagamento contactless, senza che vi fosse alcuna menzione di tale restrizione nella documentazione di prenotazione o nelle condizioni generali.

Inoltre, ci è stata negata qualsiasi alternativa per versare la cauzione usuale di 700 euro, costringendoci a pagare un supplemento di 315 euro per una nuova assicurazione full insurance — nonostante avessimo già stipulato una polizza completa tramite Doyouitaly. Ciò che sorprende di più è che, successivamente, la stessa carta è stata utilizzata senza problemi per trattenere i 315 euro per la loro copertura totale, più il blocco di altri 150 euro come ulteriore cauzione, contraddicendo i motivi addotti e dimostrando una chiara incoerenza e un intento di costringere il cliente a pagare costi aggiuntivi.

Riteniamo che questi fatti costituiscano una pratica ingannevole e abusiva, che sfrutta prezzi artificialmente bassi come esca per poi imporre supplementi in modo fraudolento, sfruttando il fatto che i clienti si trovino in una posizione di difficoltà al momento del ritiro del veicolo essendo praticamente costretti ad accettare le condizioni imposte.
Dopo quanto successo, abbiamo verificato le recensioni (cosa che banalmente avremmo dovuto fare prima) e ne abbiamo trovate molte che riportano casi simili, non in uno specifico posto, ma anche in altre località, segno che il nostro non è un caso isolato, ma sembra una politica dell'azienda stessa. Stiamo valutando, tramite associazione di consumatori di chiedere il rimborso di quanto pagato in più.

J'ai récemment eu l'occasion de louer un véhicule a l’agence d’Olbia et je suis très satisfait de mon expérience. Dès le départ, la procédure de pré-enregistrement est simple, ce qui rend le processus de réception du véhicule fluide et rapide.
À mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli par un personnel sympathique, professionnel et efficace. Pas d’insistance comme certains agents qui force à la souscription d’une assurance complémentaire notamment. La remise du véhicule est tout aussi simplifiée, ce qui est un gain de temps précieux.
Quant à la voiture elle-même, c'était un véhicule neuf et impeccable, offrant tout le confort et la fiabilité que l'on peut attendre. C'est un réel plaisir de prendre la route au volant d'une voiture en parfait état (bon, il manquait juste de liquide lave glace...).
Enfin, et c'est un point crucial, les prix sont ultra-concurrentiels, moins de 410€ pour 15 jours, en passant par un Broker, le top, et pour un service d'une telle qualité avec un véhicule neuf (Jeep Avenger pour une catégorie C3 🤩) à un tarif aussi avantageux est tout simplement TOP.
Je recommande donc vivement cette Agence sur Olbia à quiconque recherche une expérience de location de voiture irréprochable. C'est un sans-faute sur presque tous les plans ! En effet, seul bémol, pas d’indication qu’il faut prendre une navette "Parking Go" à l’aéroport, et ne pas attendre "bêtement" une navette DiffeRental.

Al momento del ritiro della macchina ci viene detto che accettano solo carte di credito. Questa cosa viene scritta nel contratto in piccolo e non è specificata da nessun altra parte nel momento della prenotazione. Per pagare la caparra accettano qualsiasi tipo di pagamento ma non notificano la necessità della carta di credito al ritiro. In sostanza 150€ di caparra, e dovevamo pagare per 7 giorni con copertura circa 200€. Trovandoci vincolati alla carta di credito, per ritirare la macchina siamo stati costretti ad acquistare la copertura completa, quindi circa altri 300€ per avere una garanzia in quanto possessori di una carta di debito. Truffa bella e buona, non prenoterò più con loro

Ho noleggiato con questa società all' aereoporto di Catania un'auto in ottime condizioni e davvero confortevole.
Alla consegna ho segnalato un problema occorso durante l' utilizzo che mi aveva comportato un costo straordinario di 35 euro.
Il responsabile Simone all' accoglienza si è dimostrato subito comprensivo e si è fatto carico del problema che è stato risolto in meno di un' ora dalla consegna dell' auto con una telefonata che mi informava di un rimborso oltre la copertura delle spese.
Sicuramente tornerò a noleggiare con questo RENT. Grazie.

Una stella mi sembra anche troppo.Hanno trattenuto 140 euro per un lavaggio straodinario perché chi ci ha accolti sosteneva che qualcuno avesse fumato in macchina.Abbiamo provveduto immediatamente ha contattare un nostro legale.Vergognosi e ladri non fidatevi affidatevi al trove.

Nice car and pretty efficient pick up. When you get back they hunt for a scratch. They claimed some on rim and wanted 700 euros. No way they will fix such a basic scratch so this is how they try to make money. Very annoying end to what I would say was a good experience till drop off. I would avoid this firm

Ich fahr über Check24 einen Mietwagen gebucht. Dieser sollte Vollkakso mit allem drum und dran haben für 145€.

Wir sind zum Mietwagen Verleih in Catania hin mit unserer Reservierung und plötzlich wurde uns erklärt das wir mit den 145€ nur die Reservierung hätten und keinerlei Versicherung. Wir haben erklärt das wir Vollkakso via Check24 gebucht haben und sie meinten diese gibt es nicht und wir müssen vor Ort eine buchen. Diese umfasste dann knapp 500€ und nach ewigen diskutieren und Zeitdruck wegen dem Check min vom Hotel haben wir eingewilligt.

Im Nachhinein stellte sich raus das wir angelogen wurden und es eine typische Betrugsmasche sei das der Vermieter meint das die Versicherung via Check24 nicht gültig sei obwohl sie gilt. Somit haben wir eine doppelte Vollkasko gehabt für 500€ statt 140€.

Auch mit Reklamation über Check24 hat sich der Vermieter und Check24 leider zu keiner Rückerstattung oder Kulanz einigen können.

This is the strategy of the manager who is there to scrap any opportunity for more cash. When returning the car there was nobody at the desk within the opening time in the early morning (8am). So you have to drop the keys and they take the opportunity to make unsubstantial claims. It was also agreed that any scratch below the 50mm is not considered. I had the same experience three times with the same manager who previously used to work for "Italy" rental.

I booked my car with HolidayCars. I presented myself at the Differental at the agency (Olbia italy) to pick up my rental vehicle. The Differental agent attempted to charge us approximately 400 euros in insurance fees, which we refused, as insurance was already included in the contract made through your platform. This amount was more than double the cost of the vehicle rental itself.

After a brief discussion, the agent cancelled our reservation, stating to say that he no longer wanted to do business with us. As a result, I was unable to retrieve the vehicle and had to rent another car for my stay. Holidaycar has no email or phone. Do not make business with them or with differental. I have no idea if I will get refunded. I use to travel a lot but this is my Worst experience ever .

It felt like the person at the return end made sure that there was something for us to pay extra on. He eventually uncovered a Tiny mark on the bumper and demanded £275. Why? It is clear this would never get fixed as they would just hire out the vehicle immediately again and note the mark to the next victim. Thats why they can hire out so cheaply.
The departure out of the airport is utterly confusing and the driving skills around are breathtakingly bad. Roads are a disgrace also.

Just returned our car at Milan Linate airport after 6 days rent. No questions or issues at all upon return. Excellent.
They did try to make us buy extra insurance, but we avoided both types. All scratches (also small ones) were already marked in the agreement, so that’s good.
I would rent here again!

I would describe our experience with this car rental company as one of dealing with a business that shows a complete lack of regard for its customers, and whose primary objective seems to be extracting as much money as possible by any means.

We arrived in Italy for a family vacation and had booked a large family car for three weeks. Imagine our frustration when, despite their website clearly stating that they accept all types of bank cards — including debit and credit — they refused to accept our Revolut card for payment. Worse still, they then rejected our Portuguese debit card from Caixa Geral de Depósitos for the security deposit.

What makes this especially frustrating is that my Revolut card includes comprehensive insurance that covers rental cars. However, it became obvious that this company — “Differental” — was deliberately refusing such cards in order to force customers to purchase their own, very expensive, insurance products.

We were left with no real choice: either lose the €2,560 we had already paid online for the rental (a sum they flatly refused to refund), or pay an additional €1,600 for their insurance. All of this could have been avoided if they had simply honored the payment methods listed on their own website. But they chose not to.

In a final attempt to resolve the issue, I asked whether we could modify the booking — for example, reduce it to a one-day rental, leave a deposit, pay the one-day insurance cost, and return the vehicle the next day. This proposal was rejected outright, without any explanation, and without any reference to contractual terms that would make such a request impossible. I was simply told: “It’s not possible.”

In conclusion: this company operates in bad faith. Their practices are deceptive and predatory. If you are looking to rent a car without unnecessary stress, I strongly urge you to choose another provider. Stay far away from these people.

We arrived in Catania airport and picked up the car with no problems at all. payment was previously agreed so we paid the fee and signed all the documents. When going home they inspected the car, no problems there, and even got us a luggage trolly for our cases. I would recommend this company in Catania.

DIFFERENTAL di Olbia un esperienza pessima!!! Non avevano più l auto da noi noleggiata già pagata tramite Doyoulitaly soldi già intascati a marzo e ci hanno proposto un sovrapprezzo per un altra auto.
Personale maleducato e prepotente abbiamo rinunciato all auto visto il comportamento e gli atteggiamenti e perso tutti i soldi. Abbiamo dovuto noleggiare nuovamente altrove.
