Excellent company. Lovely staff. Welcoming, not overbearing. Lovely relaxed showroom with excellent choice. Ordering and fitting as simple as could be. No pressure at all or hard sell but positive appropriate comms when needed. I absolutely love the blinds I ordered. Fantastic quality and they look much more expensive than they actually were.

I chose Diamond Shutters after a recommendation from my son. Everything from my initial enquiry to measuring windows to installation was handled by friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional staff members.
Nothing was too much trouble & I was kept informed of progress along the way. It took several weeks for the shutters to be made but that wasn’t an issue as I was told that when I placed the order.
The installation itself was impressively quick & James was an extremely tidy worker & respectful of my home.

Diamond Shutters was extremely helpful. Danielle in particular couldn’t have done more for us, she was prompt to respond, contacted me out of hours and was generally great! They repaired my shutters (purchased elsewhere) when nobody else would help. The repair was to an excellent standard! The fitter was brilliant. There was no hard sell or push to replace rather than repair! I only wish we had used them in the first place. I highly recommend them! Thank you Diamond!

The long wait for installation was the only downside but this was quite clearly stated when we first made enquiries and having placed the order, it gave me plenty of time to remove some redundant secondary glazing framework and make good.
