We've used Diamond Shutters twice now, and they came to us via recommendation. We have found them to be an excellent company. The fitters arrived exactly on time and worked well as a team. They were neat and tidy, even taking their shoes off at the door, which we appreciated. The shutters are of a high quality and are really sturdy and the admin team, in the office, are welcoming and very helpful. They also answer the phone promptly, which is unusual nowadays, and deal with queries helpfully and quickly. I don't usually write reviews but this company are well-deserving.

Over the years I've had Diamond Shutters install shutters in my house. Their shutters are beautiful, service is impeccable, really helpful business to deal with. My first shutters were installed 10 years ago and they genuinely look as good as the day they were installed. I've had other shutters installed after. Would highly recommend.

This is the second occasion on which we have utilized Diamond Shutters, and we are pleased to report another highly satisfactory experience. The customer service provided was excellent, and the entire process proceeded without any issues. Our shutters were installed yesterday and present a truly beautiful appearance. The installer demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

I called into their shop with my wife to get an idea of price and practicality and we were welcomed by the wonderful Danielle who made us feel so welcome , sorted our queries out very efficiently in no time at all with great charm and patience. Needless to say we will be going back to order our shutters in the New Year

Excellent service from this company. All staff were professional, efficient and polite from initial contact when I visited the showroom, arranging to measure and supply a quote, placing the order and installation. I was kept informed throughout the process with helpful calls to confirm appointments and an email to inform me of progress of the order. The order was received well within the time originally quoted. I highly recommend this company

James the fitter was amazing, great workmanship, clean and tidy. The shutters look amazing. I have a couple of windows at the back of my house, I’ll be back in contact in a few months. A great service from original contact with the shop right through to the fitting of the end product. Shop staff are very helpful and friendly and the fitter (Tyler) carried out the fitting today perfectly from the customer standpoint.

from measuring to ordering and installation has been a wonderful and easy process, they know exactly what they are doing and we are soo happy with our bay window white oak venetian blinds, they fit and look spectacular.

Excellent company. Lovely staff. Welcoming, not overbearing. Lovely relaxed showroom with excellent choice. Ordering and fitting as simple as could be. No pressure at all or hard sell but positive appropriate comms when needed. I absolutely love the blinds I ordered. Fantastic quality and they look much more expensive than they actually were.
