Back in October 2023 I discovered I had a flea infestation in my front room (source unknown). I thought I had killed them with my steam cleaner but they soon returned. Armed with extensive research on the life cycle of fleas and how to correctly remove them permanently, I approached a number of pest control companies but only one - Diamond Pest Control - had the correct answers to my questions. Louis the surveyor was knowledgeable and reassuring and Cen the technician was quietly confident and always punctual. I'm still recovering from the upheaval the fleas caused but I am glad I found a genuine, competent and reputable firm to help me out in what has been a very traumatic situation. Choose Diamond and avoid the cowboys!

Our technical surveyor Derek was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
He came for three visits (always giving a small time window and calling to inform of his ETA): he initially gave a very honest and realistic assessment of our issue with occasional mice visits, then proceeded addressing it in the best way that was possible, finally left us with good advice and an improved situation.
