Diamondcutdetailing Omdömen

Skoda Fabia-Window tinting. I had an issue when collecting the finished vehicle, it was actually nothing caused by diamond cut, none the less, the boys were superb, sorted out any dramas to my total satisfaction, they say good old fashioned customer support and service is dead, not at this company.

Brilliant service from start to finish with a great result would highly recommend

Great service, nice people. Very pleased with the results.

The young lad was very polite, professional, he did a good job on the car. Great communication on phone. This is my second time with him and both times he has done a good job.

Lewis couldn't be more helpful and friendly, the whole team at Diamond Cut Detailing know their business and I can wholly recommend them.
The finish and end result was superb

Excellent service Excellent job

Really great guys, spoke to them on a Monday/Tuesday and arranged to drop the car off as I had a car show at the weekend and unfortunately some nasty scratches to get rid of. Wednesday night I dropped the car off and Saturday lunch time I collected the car ready for the show on Sunday. Some of the scratches were quite deep and stood out on a black car. After they did their work it was almost like new again and the scratches had more or less vanished unless I got right up close. The ultimate goal was to make them less visible and mission accomplished. I know where they were so know where to look but to someone that doesn’t, they wouldn’t even see them. Washed the car a couple of times and with the ceramic coating it comes up perfect every time and the water beads up incredibly allowing the water to run off the car.

Will be taking the car back to them in the future for some additional products they offer (tints)

Second car with Diamond Cut Detailing, and whilst I’m in the South West I can‘t imagine going anywhere else. Fantastic job by Lewis and the team - stage 1 polish and 5 year protection, Ella (my Audi a6) is gleaming!

A1,service from start to finish, great communication, incredible job

I sent an online enquiry first thing in the morning and had a reply very quickly, filled by a phone call and prompt booking. Outstanding service from Lewis and the team, the end result of my ceramic coating I am extremely happy with.

Brand new Suzuki Swift looks stunning after ceramic coating. Even though car was new, the transformation is amazing. Really pleased.

Very professional company. All members of the team were polite and helpful. Tremendous service - worth the money.

Lewis and his team provide a first class service they did an excellent job putting a Full Xpel PPF on my Lotus Emira I would highly recommend them, great job Lewis on the attention to detail for one very fussy customer!

Having discussed options with Lewis I was confident that he was providing honest and knowledgable advice.

I didn't feel that Lewis was pushing me to choose a service simply because he wanted the business.

A fantastic experience the guys did an amazing job turning the car back to showroom standard. The acrylic finish is superb. Thank you.

Lewis was very informative with regards the products and services on offer. Quick to respond to queries, keen, but not pushy in the sales process.
I had a ceramic coat on the bodywork, wheels and exhaust. The car had a lot of swirls from inappropriate cleaning and once Lewis had finished the car was returned to show room condition.
Highly recommended.

Lewis is so enthusiastic and goes through the whole process with you. When I went to pick up my car I was so shocked to see the the finish on the car.it was like looking in a mirror.100pcent satisfied. Lewis and his staff really care about there job &your car.thanks DCD

After Many months of following on Social Media platforms and from seeing what other people had done to their vehicles we decided to Contact Lewis and his team and after visiting,Lewis explained a step by step process and we went for a Stage 2 Machine Polish 5 year ceramic coating and full surface protection with Titan coatings inside & out, interior Deep Clean and wheel off detail.
The Customer service we received was very professional kept us updated with communication and videos with progress and phone calls and on collection was shown around the vehicle and explained what has been done.Even how refreshed the inside interior looked and our steering wheel, seating and carpets all have a fresh lease of life as if it's just come off the factory line again.
I'm going to be very honest and say we were blown away on collection the car looked newer than when we picked up from the forecourt nearly 3 years ago when we purchased our car.
And the results on the paintwork and wheels is thernomanal for a white car aswell we are very very happy customers, even our 2 boys were like it's shining Mum & Dad,looks brand new.
Would highly recommend Diamond Cut Detailing as have many packages to suit your budget.
And you will be very happy with the results.

I had just bought a brand new car and wanted to have it ceramic coated. After a recommendation i chose this company, found them very informative and had a very professional approach. They kept me informed throughout the process and also brought to my attention the bad swirl marks caused by the Dealer in preparation for my sale which caused them additional work to bring it back to prestige condition. ( additional costs I claimed from the Dealer )
Fully recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional job doing and their attention to detail was superb.

Dan offers a very friendly and efficient service. From the initial telephone conversation through to job completion Dan kept us fully informed of all the processes.
