I pay for insurance to cover my car and myself and passengers in the event of an accident is all you did was look for an unlawful reason to refuse my legitimate lawful legal genuine claim along with your underwriters, you did nothing to assist me in resolving the technicality you’ve used to get out of dealing with the none fault claim like AXA Insurance PLC as AXA was the insurance for both myself and the person that admitted liability as we were both insured with AXA although Dial Direct is the broker AXA was my underwriter and AXA was the other parties insurer, I will report this to the insurance ombudsman for unlawful refusal and no offer to assist further I’m not even allowed to use the legal services that I paid for as you both refused the none fault claim, Do Not Trust Dial Direct or AXA insurance.
They will be reported the the insurance ombudsman and the FOS FCA

We would highly recommend Dial Direct. We have recently converted our phone lines & broadband to them & the process has been seamless. Our phone lines were completely undistruped on the day of install and the service and aftercare has been amazing. Lots of features. Excellent service! the support received from the team from inception to completion has been seamless. Jane's competence and knowledge was telling from our first meet and the support provided second to none. On the day of transfer our business was totally unaffected, the team stayed on site for the duration and went above and beyond. I can honestly say that the after support has been continuous and responded to in a timely manner - first class service and big thanks to all who worked with us.
Everyone at Dial Direct UK Ltd were professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. Great communication and updates about our new contract. Worked with Dial Direct for years and they've always been helpful and professional. We have recently changed to a new phone system (Xelion) and Dial Direct helped every step of the way, from arranging product demonstrations with the Xelion team all the way to ensuring the changeover went smooth, without disruption to our operations.

I highly recommend Dial Direct. Having used them for two workplaces, Jane and David have always been accommodating and supportive with advice and given their suggestions. They have been thorough with their explanations of how to use the products and Jane in particular has always offered help. I can not fault the communication with them both, both phone and emails they have always answered when I have had a query.
