We recently had our WiFi system upgraded by Crystal Voice & Data, and I can honestly say the service was outstanding from start to finish.

Paul and Alex did a fantastic job with the installation. Our old system simply wasn’t working for us — we had constant dropouts, poor coverage, and unreliable speeds that were affecting day-to-day operations. They took the time to properly assess the building, explain what needed to be done, and install a system that has completely transformed our connectivity.

The installation was neat, professional, and completed efficiently with minimal disruption. Since the upgrade, our WiFi has been fast, stable, and consistent throughout the premises.

Alex supplied both my workshops with the wi-fi needed. Due to it being a new building other suppliers were slow and expensive. A quick call to Crystal Voice Data and everything was up and running quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend for a top class service.

I was looking to change my current virtual land-line provider when I came across Crystal Voice Data. I was impressed by the service offered, I was able to keep my number and on the porting day everything went smooth, I don't think I even noticed any disruption. The app is pretty good too and allows you to call from your mobile and is easier to use than my previous provider. Thanks to Alex at Crystal Voice!

Great product and service.
We are really pleased with the phone system and installation service supplied by Crystal Voice Data. Training on how to use the system was very thorough and any questions we have had since have been promptly answered.

Alex from Crystal called out to review our systems, he identified immediately that our current provider had provided substandard equipment. One of the reasons why we had been experiencing a lot of problems internally with our connections.

We’ll be leaving our current provider and moving to Crystal VD.

Supplied me with a very memorable landline number which is linked to my mobile phone so I can always answer calls even when not in the office.
Gives a professional feel to a small business when you haven’t always got people in the workplace to answer the phone.
Also received helpful and prompt response to any questions or queries.
